I spent 10+ years in corporate HR, got a doctorate in HR, and now teach HR. This is the best Compliance book I can name. The author is spot on and has an acute sense of walking between complicated rules and running a business. The traditional textbooks live in a world of make believe and are little more than a glossary. This book nails it.
