Love Nate's training methods
I've watched a lot of Nate's YouTube channel and this book just puts it all in one easy place to find what you need to start a successful relationship with your dog. I highly recommend this book for any old or new dog owner. You are never too old to learn better ways of doing things and it's even better if you get the right guidance from the beginning!!

May 4, 2021A comprehensive book on everything you need to know about dogs, from the time you decide to have one!
What I loved about this book was how it touches on every difficult situation this could possibly face with a pet and provides a simple explanation on how to solve the issue confidently. Being a first time pet parent, I am glad to have found Nate Schoemer, be it his youtube tutorials or this book. I would have been a lost case otherwise! This is a must buy!

A good guide for dog training
I enjoyed reading this guide. It is very clean, everything is broken down in an easy to understand way and several examples are given to clarify. At times I felt the amount of examples were a bit excessive, although that's a nitpick.
There were things in here I wouldn't personally do, as there would be in any dog training book. It is important to note that his nutrition information comes from debunked sources.

Vi por primera ves a Nate Schoemer en youtube, me gusto la manera en que expande su conocimiento a las gente que somos amantes de los animales. Para mi sorpresa el tenia un libro sobre entrenamiento y me sitvio mucho ya que aprendi lo necesario para entrenar a mis perros. Muy buen libro.

It's clear that Nate knows how to train dogs. The book gives you lots of techniques that work. I gave it 3 stars because it doesn't tie things together over a cherent system or structed step by step things to train in order.

Good
Nate explains the process of training easily. I’ve learned quite a bit through this book and his YouTube channel. Using both have helped me train my dog.

I stopped reading when he defended the use of shock collars (which are illegal to use in many countries for a good reason).
