Great book
If u read the first novel and itched for more to the story like me, you’ll be happy with Runs Deeper. Poor Steve Kane just can not escape being blamed for murder, like all the other times he’s innocent once again. Old characters & new mix together into a wonderfully woven web of intricate threads that slowly unravel this town. As always, Ms. Brady is a master storyteller and the characters are so vivid & alive they almost jump off the page. Once again it’s Steve & Julie against the world , racing to stop a killer. Thankfully, they have good friends willing to help stop the madness. Excellent sequel. A must read!

Probably the best thriller I have ever read
I read Runs Deep really enjoyed that and thought as this was a sequel it would be good. Forget that it was awesome. I enjoy all of R.D. Brady's many types of novels, but this literally blew me away. Suspense, action, twists, turns this has it all in spades. Buy it read it and I promise you will not be disappointed.

One of the most intriguing books I have ever read
After reading so many books about things that are imagined, the Steve Kane books were a non stop read. Again R.D.Brady you did it. I finished the Kane stories in about a day and a half. Again THANK YOU

Great story
A great follow up to Runs Deep. Keeps you guessing till the end. Really enjoyed it. Makes me want to keep on reading this author.

R. D. Brady is a hell of an author
This second book in the Steve Kane series is a winner. This story keeps you asking who done it on every page. A must read mystery.

Always keeps you guessing and engaged. I never want to put her books down.

Runs Deeper, the sequel to Runs Deep, is as full of action as any action movie out there. It is a quick read, as the action pulls you through the novel.
I found myself rooting for Steve, Julie, Bess, Declan and Russ to make it through safely. Nevaeh and Reggie are such strong characters for me that I found myself cheering when they were in the chapter, and wanting more of their strong words and sharp wit.
Overall, this is a great read for summertime. It’s engaging and action-packed and you won’t want to put it down.
