There is a main idea for this book. It is stay true to yourself. The cause for this is the section "You You You" which has the most evidence for be careful with yourself and make good decisions. Also, "Love" has a lot of information about loving yourself. Some of the evidence is of don't think half of yourself is gone because you broke up with the one person you were in "love" with. Overall, the main idea is to stay true to yourself.

Totally not for girls only. Hide the cover, and read these words of advice to your sons too! Funny story - Jimmy and I were browsing at the excellent bookstore at Chautauqua last summer and I noticed a woman asking him about books he had read and which books interested him. Turns out it was this author Carol Weston, who writes mostly for girls but as I said her advice is for all.
Good collection of quotes and words of wisdom. I love to go through quotes from different people, and i love to collect them. So, I'd love to own a copy of this book. Would make a nice gift for teenage girls who are in the growing up phase.Gives advice to young girls without sounding too preachy.
This was a really good, inspirational book. I would recommend this to anyone who is feeling down or insecure about themselves. This gives all the keys to living a happy life.
