This is an outstanding help for caregivers of those suffering from dementia & Alzheimer's disease. It provides excellent information about these diseases, and what to expect as they progress. Most importantly, the book provides very specific advice about how to help the sufferer, various family members, and those providing care for them. The excellent suggestions provide insight into how to view and treat the suffering loved one to enable them to have the best possible life that they can.

Very good starter guide for family members of people with dementia. Large font means elderly caregivers have an easy read. Concrete, useful examples of how to deal with different situations and changing stages. At ninety pages it is not by any means comprehensive, but placed into the hands of a newly elected family caregiver who may be feeling overwhelmed and alone, it will give him or her the hope and resources to get started on that difficult journey ahead.
