This book provides a very interesting critique of youth sports and how they can be improved. 80% of kids who play organized youth sports quit before they turn 12. He strongly emphasizes letting kids have fun and worrying about winning and losing when they get older. He makes a strong argument, a great read for any aspiring coaches.
