The seventh book in the series and Logan delivers as if it's the first. There is absolutely no slowing down for these characters. The plot twists, character arcs and narrative shifts all meld together perfectly. Absolutely love the expansion of characters that is utilized from some of Logan's other series' into this one storyline. This is perhaps one of the more important books for Chase's character and her progression forward; it seems fitting that Logan brought ALL of the key players, past and present. Loved it.

Chase and stitts
I love this series hope there is a lot more to come. I hope Chase continues as a FBI agent a day her new partner is Flloyd.
Hope her and Stitts get together as a couple.

I love seeing Chase and Drake working together! While Drake had to do things behind her back, in the end Chase knew it was for her own good. They all have realized if you have Drake on your side he is there forever.
Pulling Hannah in was also fantastic. She is a lot like Chase. The first woman Chase relates to in a working relationship without jealousy on either side. I think it is great for Chase and Hannah.
Patrick Logan gave us a twisted and crazy ride in this book. Find out if Marcus “The Butterfly Killer” gets away again. Dr. Kruk planned ahead. Is Georgina an accomplice or a victim? Read this book and find out!!
And if you haven’t read his other series you need to jump in and start. See the beginning of Chase and Drake. You won’t be disappointed!

Great book full of Patrick Logan characters
Patrick Logan is very adept at creating immensely flawed characters going trough almost unbelievable difficulties. Although the stories are troubling, one does root for the good bad guys to win over the bad bad guys. Somewhat unusual in his books is that some of the “guys” on each side are females.
Of course I plan on leaving no Patrick Logan book unread.

Chase and Damien working together again. This was a real treat having some familiar characters back again. I'm not sure when I'll read the full story but I was shocked the first time and again the second hearing about my crazy buddy Beckett??? As for the story itself. Keeps you on your toes. The ending was not what I was expecting. Many years of hurting and it ends like this? Also, Stitts???? The one thing that brought a really big smile was Piper!!!!!

I really enjoy a good series, and this is one of my favorites. She's such a damaged character, but she's come a long way in 7 installments. Can't wait for #8!!

This book shows just how messed up some people can be and what happens because of their problems! I love the way all the characters weave in and out of each series. Mr. Logan please keep writing and I will keep reading !

I always enjoy anything Patrick Logan. And Chase Adams is amazing!! I love her strength and vulnerability. I recommend reading this series or any other Patrick Logan book.

Great Story with one drawback
The bad language (f-bombs) are distracting from a great story and an interesting cast of characters. Hopefully there are more books to come.

Emotional Attachment
I love Chase Adams. Although sometimes she upsets me so and for good reason. But her life has been through hell since she was a little girl. And just when you think she might have somewhat of a happy ending her whole world turns upside down and a new door has opened. Await the next installment, as always.

Great addition to the Chase Adams series
Wow! This book was intense, I couldn’t get it read fast enough! It brought back all the characters that I love in this book. Chase has had her demons but she always tried really hard but she just couldn’t beat them and in this book it was nice to see her not being so self destructive. I always love when Drake, Stitts and Floyd are involved and I really really hope that Patrick will one day find it in his heart to bring Chase and Stitts together as a couple, for me that would be a great way to end the series when the time comes. I really want Chase to carry on but also be able to take care of little Georgina and have a life with the FBI and her friends. So please, carry on with Chase Adams . On a side note, we need to know if Hanna is okay! This is a great series as are all of the Damien Drake books also.

I love all of these books, and have read them all. They are all good. Beckett and Floyd being my favorites. And I refuse to believe Beckett isn't coming back. I figured he had a brain tumor, but since his body didn't turn up, I'm thinking he could be back. Anyway, read all the books. There are all great.

Can’t get enough
Perfection, as always. This series keeps me avoiding my grown up responsibilities and has me rudely shushing people. I seriously need to invest in a she shed for when Patrick Logan books drop.
