From USA Today bestselling author Kimberly Knight, comes a sexy, suspense novel that takes you into the mind of a serial killer.
Ethan Valor thought he had it all with a career he was meant for, and the perfect family at home. But when his wife unexpectedly filed for divorce, he moved into his sister’s condo. Needing a nightcap after a long day on the police force, Ethan decided to go to the neighborhood bar that, in his family, was known to bring people together. Or, in his case, bring his first love back into his life.
Reagan McCormick moved back to Chicago after twenty-three years. Divorced, and with a daughter in college, it was time for Reagan to focus on what made her happy. Wanting to make new friends and extra cash while in school, Reagan gets a job as a bartender. A blast from the past blows into her bar one night proving that moving back to the Windy City was the right decision to make.
What Ethan and Reagan didn’t expect was how easy it would be to start over together. Or how their career paths would dangerously intertwine …
When a serial killer strikes Murder City, Ethan will stop at nothing to keep Reagan safe. But how safe could they be when someone was always watching?
The game of love always goes on.
And their game was just beginning.

I'm going to start by saying I love this book. You can tell she researched every aspect of the story, from computer malware to the mind of a stalker. Plus the romance between Ethan and Reagan is perfect. This story will unnerve you a bit because the stalker is so well thought out you'll think hes watching you now. This book will keep you guessing until the end. I have no nails left because I chewed them all off.
I can't wait for you all to get in the head of a serial killer and go on this journey with Ethan and Reagan as Ethan tries to hunt the killer down. The killer is CRAZY! And yes, I'm giving it 5 stars because duh.
“I wanted her face to be the last face I saw before I took my last breath, and then I wanted to wait for her until it was her time and we’d spend forever together in the afterlife. “
This one sentence filled my heart and brought tears to my eyes.
5⭐️!! What can I say? I freaking loved everything about this book! Second chance romance with a sort of thriller suspense story line made for such an edge of your seat read. The unknown killer was a twist all in itself. I loved how Ethan and Reagan met again and still had that instant connection that they had as teenagers. Extremely well written and emotionally packed story!
5 WATCH ME STARS!! I loved this book so much, it can't get any better when you have a serial killer, hot cop and a second chance romance. Ethan and Reagan's love oozes off the pages, their story made me swoon. If you like your stories entertaining, here you go....grab it now.
I'll declare it now -- Watch Me is Kimberly Knight's best book to date! The dynamic chemistry between Ethan and Reagan is combustible. Their history only adds to the relationship they build throughout the story. Add in the mystery and suspense and I was glued to my Kindle! An absolute must read for any romantic suspense fan!!
USE ME was my first read by Kimberly Knight and I fell in love with the story of Ashtyn and Rhys. I didn't know about a second book and I was so thrilled when I found out it was about Ethan, Ashtyn's brother. WATCH ME, the second book of Dengerously Interwined series, was also so good!!!
I loved that the characters were over forty. It didn't have all the drama of "should I stay with him" or " Should we try again". Ethan and Reagan knew what they want and didn't waste any time.
While reading, I felt like I was actually watching a thriller. Ethan is investigating a serial killer and it looks like Reagan is a target. We don't know who this person is so we have to figure out with them .
With a great mix of suspense, drama and also steamy scenes, WATCH ME has a lovely ending that made me fall in love so hard for Ethan. He is definitely in my book boyfriend list. I highly recommend it.

4 estrelas

OMG - WOW!!!!! It took me only a second to remember the previous book in the series (Use Me), and I was completely BLOWN away by this second book. Holy moly! the level of detail made this book Soooo much of a wonderful thriller. I loved the second chance love as well. I actually got shivers during portions of the book while I tried to figure out who the killer was.
OMG - the one thing I can say is READ THIS BOOK!!!!!!!!! its absolutely amazing!!
IG- Miftahul_mslovesreading ARC WAS KINDLY PROVIDED IN EXCHANGE OF HONEST REVIEW
This book was cringe AF! like there was no chemistry at all and grown up people fucking like bunnies without any chemistry......i mean its a big no no for me. The guy claims that he always loved the heroine but then he was also married before he met her, that means he never loved his wife? ugh this book was so stupid. like there was suspense and romance but after finding out who is the criminal I was disappointed.
It was boring, BORING AF! the way the hero and heroine met is so eh, i mean while reading this book i didnt feel anything other than boredom. dont read it dude, whoever is reading my review for this book. its a waste of time. it was suspenseful and thrilling but the romance was cringe and no chemistry at all.
both hero and heroine were behaving like teenagers, and i was like STOP! UGH wasted my time for no reason. . . . .
I signed up to read and review this book and I’m so glad I did. I hadn’t read Use Me yet so I did in order to prepare to read this one and I enjoyed it but not as much as I absolutely loved this one!!! 💓 Watch Me at first starts with Ethan Valor ending up at Judy’s the bar that brought his sister and her now husband together. Well Ethan is in luck when he finds that his high school sweetheart Reagan McCormick is now working there. They can now pick up from where they left off or so they think.. Their love and chemistry is perfection. But then there is the serial killer 🔪 on the loose that will soon play a part in both their lives. So in this book not only do you get to read from Ethan’s and Reagan’s point of view but Unknown’s (aka serial killer) also. This book to me has it all from the steamy romance to the suspense/thriller elements. Watch Me will leave you guessing and wanting to read until the very end. 😉 It doesn’t get any better then this and sadly I don’t know where to go from here... 😢
Thank You Kimberly Knight for delivering everything I have desired to read in one book. 😊💓🙏🙌
This book was EVERYTHING. It was action-packed, it was sexy, it was second chance, and it was fascinating. Once again, Kimberly Knight provided a novel that was incredibly well-written, a total page turner, and an absolute thrill from beginning to end.
I wasn’t expecting this book to be this suspenseful. There were several times where I was on the edge of my seat, trying to figure out what was going on and what would happen next. There were several plot twists that had me gasping out loud; I couldn’t put this book down. Ethan and Reagan are an amazing couple whose chemistry didn’t fizzle out over the 2+ decades they were apart...and I’m glad that their story wasn’t a typical second chance story. It was deep, dark, steamy, and a little bit twisted.
Both books in this series are great, but this one is my favorite of the two. Be prepared for a wild literary ride that you won’t forget.
Wow... My head is still spinning and I finished this last night and slept on it before I reviewed.
Well, lately I've been reading a lot of Ms. Knights books, and when I say read, I mean devour... One thing this has in common with other books she has written is how well played out it is, how well written it is. In preparation for reading this, I read Use Me, and boy did that book kick me in the ass with emotions, suspense, thrill, mystery... All of it... So I was eager to get this and devour it, and I did in under 24 hours, which isn't hard to do with this authors books, she sucked me in so deep that I could put the book down.
Watch Me had my heart pounding, my mind reeling and me flipping pages. Part of me needed to know the answer before I had even finished the book, I had to stop myself from skipping parts just to find out. I NEEDED TO KNOW!! But I managed to make it through without spoiling it for myself... JUST! This took me on a rollercoaster ride and I loved every bit of it.
Ethan and Reagan were a treat, I absolutely loved them, and the romance between them. The heat, the chemistry and the overall balance between these two was addictive. Seriously... SO DAMN HOT, but in saying that the author didn't overpower it with steamy heat scenes, she mixed it in with a load of suspense and mystery, and even a little thrill and action. She kept my attention from page one, and as the story progressed, the deeper I got sucked in, needing the answers. Just when I thought I had figured some of it out, the author goes and throws me off, multiple times over and everything I thought was the truth and answered... WERE NOT and I think that's probably what I loved most about this story. It was so unpredictable. It was so well thought out as though the author actually did the work to get the right information for this plot, which to me speaks volumes! It was kind of scary that she knew so much about stalkers and the mindset, and the whole plot to be honest. The detailing was on point!
Go into this expecting the unexpected... Expecting to be so glued to the book that you burn your dinner (Yep, it actually happened.) I could not put this town. LOVED IT!!
I LOVE romantic suspense, and this book had it all. It kept me on the edge of my seat and swoony second chance romance. Ethan and Reagan were high school sweethearts but things happen and they split up, and years pass, he's just getting over a divorce and working as a detective. She's moved back to town, going back to college, she's also divorced and now working at a bar where Ethan visits. They see each other and its like the chemistry never faded in the 2 decades they lost touch. Ethan and Reagan still have so much love for each other, they fall right into each other like nothing happened. Their reunion was so sweet, but it doesn't last, there is a killer on the loose and has set their sight on Reagan.
I love the chemistry, the banter, the side characters, the suspense. The POV of the killer, and its definitely a guessing game till the end. I mean, it was fantastic. I would definitely recommend.
I really enjoyed Ethan and Reagan's story. The mix of romance and crime worked really well. I was very happy that the characters were in their 40's it made such a change to read about more mature characters. This was a fast paced story that kept me guessing who the killer was until the end. An enjoyable story with likeable characters.
Kimberly Knight definitely knows how to write a story that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Watch Me is a second chance romance with lots of suspense and a killer twist.
Two decades after they broke up, Ethan and Reagan have found each other once again. They quickly fall into a relationship and you can immediately tell they belong together. Ethan is a Police Sergeant and working on a murder case. When it looks like Reagan is on the killers radar he vows he will keep her safe but will it all turn out like he hopes.
Well, this was a first. I almost skipped to the end of the book to see who done it. I thought I had it figured out but I was wrong, soooooo wrong. I thought I had it figured out. I thought I knew how it would end. I was wrong, soooooo wrong. A good mystery book keeps the reader guessing and questioning thought out the book. The author succeeded.
The author stumped my deductive reasoning. The author had me biting my nails, wondering who would be next, why were they chosen. What was it with the item left at each crime scene. I never figured that one out so if you do message me. Okay???
For those of you that haven't read Use Me you won't be familiar with the characters. Don't worry, although Use Me is amazing, you can read it later. Sergeant Ethan Valor is a member of the Chicago Police Department. Recently divorced; he bumps into his first love, Reagan in the same bar that Ashtyn and Rhys met in Use Me.
It doesn't take long for things to get hot and heavy. Things really start to heat up soon after. Their is a serial killer and Reagan is on the list. How can Ethan solve the crimes and protect Reagan at the same time? Is she really in danger, and how do they know? These were the questions I needed answered. I wouldn't put it down until I knew. I couldn't put it down until it was solved.
And when it was solved, when Chicago was safe again not only thanks to the detectives but Reagan's solving the "how" it got even better. The author knows how to write a Happily Ever After that can leave me smiling for days.
"The sparks we'd once had lit inside of me again."
5 dark, twisted and suspenseful stars!!! OMG... this book was a page turner... Just when I thought I knew what was going to happen... boom I was wrong!
Ethan Valor and Reagan were high school sweethearts, but college and real life got in the way and they broke up. Years later, divorices and kids, they happen to cross paths again. And the minute their eyes meet, and neither can deny the attraction they still have for each other. Little do they know, there's a serial killer on the loose and looking to throw their world on it's side. And when it starts to hit too close to home can Ethan protect everyone he loves before its too late?
Look, I've said it before and I'll say it again... Kimberly Knight knows how to write one heck of a suspenseful book. I love a great book that keeps you on your toes and this one definitely does that. You think you know who the Unknown is, but just when you think you've figured it out... NOPE a huge left turn happens! This book is definitely one of the most unique and creative books I've read in a long time!
A terrific romantic suspense that had me on the edge of my seat. I devoured this story and am so bummed that it ended. The characters are fantastic with a connection that one can only hope to find in their lifetime. The storyline grabs you from page one and keeps you intrigued with the suspense and twists until the very end. One that everyone needs on their TBR lists. A must read and I cannot wait to see what she writes next.
I voluntarily reviewed an advance complimentary copy of this book.
Wow! Riveting, action-packed and suspenseful! You NEED to READ! Murder, mystery, suspense, kidnapping, intrigue, thrills and passion continue to keep you glued to the pages of this fascinating story. I wasn't expecting the turn this story took; it has quite an unexpected revelation that may leave you flabbergasted but it is jaw-dropping good! This second chance romance book was impossible to put down, and it will have you on the edge of your seat. The momentum of the story keeps you wanting to read more. Sergeant Ethan Valor was all about family, but when his wife unexpectedly divorced him, he moves into his sister’s condo. Unexpectedly, he meets his high school love, Reagan Hunter, at a bar close to home where she works. After Reagan’s divorce, she moved back to Chicago to attend CSI classes. After twenty-three years apart, not only will their love be challenged, but Ethan has to solve several murders with a serial killer on the loose. Ethan is taking no chances with Reagan’s safety, and the heartbreaking past between them won’t stop Ethan from protecting Reagan with his own life because a new reign of terror has fallen on the unsuspecting residents of Chicago. Will Ethan be able to catch the serial killer before it is too late? Kimberly Knight you did it with a storyline that is fluid as well as a steamy romance with twisted plots with artfully developed main characters. There are so many intense elements to this story that you cannot highlight on just one. Wait until you read what happens and who was kidnapped—you will be awestruck and appalled. The storyline is fluid, and it will pique your interest. Highly recommend this book. You won’t regret reading Watch Me!
I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, secrets, and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first Use Me (Dangerously Intertwined #1)
This is Reagan and Ethan’s story. Ethan thought he had everything until his wife surprised him and filed for a divorce. When he goes into a local bar, he runs into his first love. Reagan took the bartending job to make new friends and earn money while in school. She never expected to run into Ethan. The chemistry is there but should they pursue anything? Just when they decide they would want a future together someone has other plans. Someone has been watching and has been waiting for a chance to attack. Ethan is determined to keep Reagan safe but can he?
I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
Watch Me is the second novel in Dangerously Intertwined series. It can be read as a standalone. This story is a fast paced, drama filled, exciting, second chance, emotional, love story that will keep you guessing till the end. I read this in one afternoon, I had to find out what was going to happen. Ethan and Reagan never stopped loving one another even with all the years that passed. They picked up as no time passed at all, and they still had the spark. It also gave me another insight to the watchers. I've made my family take extra precautions with their devices. Such a riveting story.
I really enjoyed Ethan and Reagan's story. The mix of romance and crime worked really well. I was very happy that the characters were in their 40's it made such a change to read about more mature characters. This was a fast paced story that kept me guessing who the killer was until the end. An enjoyable story with likable characters.
Watch Me by Kimberly Knight is a beautifully written Romantic Suspense. The author kept me glued to the pages and holding my breath all the time. It mixed passion, suspense and emotions perfectly.
Ethan and Reagan has reconnected after years after their unfortunate separation. They married other people and have kids. But as soon as their paths cross in a chance encounter, they realize they have never stopped being soulmates. Ethan is a police officer or detective and Reagan is studying Forensics. When a serial killer hits the town, they are in danger. And so are their loved ones. And this deranged cruel killer will be really difficult to bring down as the killer is watching each of their steps!
The story is fast paced and well balanced. The author built up the suspense extremely well. Ethan and Reagan's chemistry was scorching hot and intense. Like they were not separated at all. And I loved how they acted as partner and supported each other. Technically Reagan was not in the case. But she realised Ethan's need to control and monitor her life. She also acted as the safe place for him and took away all his stress when required. And Ethan respected her, cared for her and protected her. They were an amazing pair. A significant part of story was dedicated to the killer's POV. That added to the complexity and I was hooked to the story instantly. The puzzle pieces were brought together nicely and the whole process was very clever and believable. The love story did not get side tracked by the crime chronicle. Rather the dangerous twists and turns brought them closer. The ending was really surprising and I did not see that coming at all.
Watch Me by Kimberly Knight was intense, captivating and adventurous. It was a love story. It was a thriller. It was a sensual story. It was a powerful combination of sultry passion, soul deep love and adrenaline rush.
Watch Me by Kimberly Knight is the second book in the Dangerously Intertwined Series, following Use Me. This book follows the story of Ethan and Reagan – creating a second chance romance that has you turning the page and not wanting to put it down.
We met Ethan in the first book, as the brother of Ashtyn. This alpha male is a cop who is working through some personal things. Going out for a random nightcap, he runs into his first love, Reagan, who is working as a bartender as she makes her way through college in an effort to find what makes her happy. Their second chance romance is one of those you can’t help but cheer them on because you want so badly for them to work out.
When a series of murders takes place, Ethan is put to the test to figure out who is killing college women in his town. With Reagan in college, their romance is put to the test when Reagan is targeted… bringing them closer together. Meanwhile, the killer is watching and will stop at nothing to get Reagan for his own.
This story has twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat, turning the pages and making you question everything and everyone surrounding their story. This romance thriller is sure to keep you on your toes for sure.
When Ethan and Reagan come together, you feel all of the tension between them as though it was a palpable item you could touch. The reignited flames between these two burn so brightly that they are probably seen from outer space, setting your kindle on fire and making you slightly jealous of the romance they have between each other.
Although it is a standalone novel, I would suggest reading Use Me before diving into this one so you can meet Ethan. 5 stars across the board.
Exciting, compelling, thought-provoking and creepy. This romance is a rollercoaster ride as Reagan reboots her life after her divorce. She has returned to Chicago and is taking a class in CSI to pursue her true passion that she put on hold years ago. She gets a job bartending at Judy’s, the local bar, which lands her in Ethan’s path. Ethan is an intense cop but is working to find more balance in his life and is shocked to see Reagan behind the bar at Judy’s. Reagan and Ethan were in love but when she went off to college in California, well, a break-up followed and now, 23 years later they get a second chance at love. Of course, Ethan’s job gets intense as a serial killer emerges using some very tricky and timely techniques. It definitely made me rethink some of my online activity. As the killer takes an interest in Reagan, the stakes go up exponentially. Will they find a lead on this killer in time? Will these two embrace the love they lost so long ago? This story kept me guessing with a great mystery as this amazing second-chance romance evolved. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.
A wonderfully suspenseful tale within the Dangerously Intertwined series featuring Ethan Valor who appeared in Use Me and his high school sweetheart Reagan. When two recently divorced ex-sweethearts are reunited at Judy's, the same bar that brought Rhys and Ashtyn together, the two begin their love affair anew. But someone is stalking and brutally murdering young women for sport so when Ethan becomes the lead detective on the case he inadvertently makes the chase more exciting for the killer who consequently takes an interest in Reagan. Can Ethan find the killer before Reagan becomes the next victim? The story is told from both Regan and Ethan's POV but also adds the exciting aspect of including the murderer's as well allowing us a unique peek into the twisted mind of a bloodthirsty lunatic.
Kimberly Knight has delivered a heart-pumping, page-turning story that you won't be able to put down. It's full of twists and turns that you won't see coming, and is guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat. Make sure to pick up your copy ASAP.
I received an advanced reader copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Watch me This is the second book in the dangerously entwined series. The first being Use Me. I really enjoyed Use me it was part romance, part suspense mystery. And it worked really well. So when I saw that Watch me was the second book in the series I just knew this one would be as good. This time the focus is on Ashtyn’s older brother Ethan. Who we met in Use me. He’s divorced now and runs into by chance his high school girlfriend Reagan whose also recently divorced. So this is a second chance story of two former lovers but again we have the underlying element of a mystery and this time it’s in the form of a serial killer stalking the city. This book was so good and the author is so good at bringing together the two very different elements in this story. The romance side is hot and so good and you’ll love Ethan. And Reagan, is a great character, she’s determined to get her live back on track after her divorce and is so strong and independent. And she and Ethan work so well together as a couple. Also I just want to say that I couldn’t stop laughing when we find out what Ashtyn and Rhys names their daughter!
This is a new author and series from me and I was so impressed that I will be buying the first book It isn't often that I read a book and I haven't figured out who the bad guy is within the first few chapters but this one kept me guessing right until the end
Sergeant Ethan Valor a police officer with the Chicago is the ultimate good guy and he is floored when his wife serves him with divorce papers so he moves in with his sister in her condo Meanwhile he is trying to track down a serial killer who is terrorising Chicago. When a chance meeting with an high school love has him starting to feel again he knows he will have to keep her safe as danger stalks the streets. Reagan Hunter has returned to Chicago after a bitter divorce and is attending CSI classes. There love will bloom again all set against the back drop of fear and terror as this wonderful story twists and turns and has you continually wondering what will happen next Be prepared once you start reading this book you won't want to put it down
Watch Me was a fast paced, thrilling, sexy story that kept me on the edge of my seat! Love that both Ethan and Reagan were older (in their 40's!) and that a chance reunion in a bar the stage for them to rekindle a relationship from when they were in their teens. That connection between them was still there, and they were finally in the place in their lives where things could work out. It definitely wasn't easy for them, dealing with ex-drama and a serial killer stalking her, but I had no doubt that our sexy hot cop would make sure nothing would come between them. Everything about the story was exciting and suspenseful and mysterious (the twist at the end -didn't see it coming right away), and overall I really enjoyed it!
Watch Me is filled with so much romance and suspense all rolled up into one. Ethan and Reagan was high school sweethearts. Reagan went off to college and Ethan followed his dads footsteps becoming a detective for the police force. Reagan gave up her dream when she got married and had her daughter. But after her divorce and her daughter deciding to go to college in Michigan, Reagan decided to move back to Chicago. She took a job as a bartender while she went to school to become a crime scene technician. One night Ethan went into the bar for a drink and he and Reagan just picked up where they left off over 20 years previously. Can Ethan protect her while working a case? Holy creeper! This book was amazing! When a book has nothing but 5 star reviews on Amazon I have to read it. Then add in that it is from one of my favorite authors it is really a must read. Kimberly Knight truly out did herself with this one. Reagan and Ethan were high school sweethearts that ended up going their separate ways her freshman year of college. Years later they get their second chance, maybe if they both survive. This book had the swoon worthy detective, Ethan, who is divorced. Then there is the sexy bartender by night and CSI student by day, Reagan. They have you laughing and hot with their steamy second chance relationship. Then there is the thrill and suspense of the creeper, Unknown. Shocking twists and so much more with this one. You need to read it!
