Cordelia: I’d crushed on James “Avalanche” Pryor since I was seventeen years old. We were both competing in the International Winter Games, but since I was just a kid, I never even tried to talk to him. But this year…he sought me out. Now I’m falling in love with a legend, but I don’t know if he’s just looking for a short-term fling, or if he really wants more. All I know for sure is that if he asked, I’d be his forever.
James: The teenage girl that had taken up far too many of my thoughts is all grown up and sexy as hell. When I saw her standing across the room, it was as if a tractor beam was drawing me to her, and I was helpless to resist. I don’t have long to convince her that she’s mine, but I’ll be damned if I ever let her go.
I believe that love is love and it happens in a flash.
Whether it starts with action and adventure and adrenaline...or with just a glance across a crowded room. Happily ever after is never far away.

This is the first story by this author and I hope other books are safe like this. I adored the main characters and was rooting for them all the way!
-no cheating -no ow/om drama -virgin h and the heroes sexual past wasn’t mentioned thankfully. I also was glad that it was made clear that he was not with others after he saw her -no violence -no pushing away -good epilogue
I haven't read much by this author yet but so far I'm loving what I'm seeing. Great story and characters. No angst, no unnecessary drama just an all around good, cute, sweet and hot read. -virgin h, celebate H -dual POV -no cheating -no abuse -epilogue at 4 years
My favorite quote/saying... I watched her walk inside then close the door behind her. It took a minute for my brain to start firing again so I could remember how to walk.-James
I like this book, but for some reason I felt it really quick, the relationship was there like magic, not very realistic. And the dialogue was sometimes wired, kinda robotic.
Meh. It was alright. Fun, fluffy, fast read. The mc's were both at the Olympics. I didn't like how the h just blew her chance at meddling because she was just burnt out and over it. Um the girls spot she took to be there was probably pretty pissed and that would have been just a childish disrespectful disgraceful thing to do. Other than that I liked the book. It was more fluffy than steamy. There were a few moments but it was mostly rushed and the highlights 2/5.
I really enjoyed reading this book. Cordilia meets and falls in love with James you of course get the smexy scenes and the HEA. I felt Cordilia’s character showed a lot of growth in this book and there was an underlying message about life. Doing what pleases others isn’t always what’s right for you, you alone are responsible for your happiness.
Ok I'll admit I'm not the athletic type but I was once a little girl who watched the winter Olympics and loved figure skaters, dreamed to be one....and Cordelia is exactly what I'd imagined them to be.
Delia is a sweet, caring and perhaps sheltered and over-worked skater who's had a crush for years on snowboarder James.
Turns out he's had one too...but he was waiting for her to get to adulthood. Once he meets her he's certain she's it for him, she goes out of her way to befriend everyone she meets (even those others would ignore or take for granted) and is a passionate woman.
Their chemistry was equal parts sweet and sizzling and I loved that James was Delia's first everything.
Really enjoyed this book, it was good medal worthy IMO (sorry just had to throw that in lol)
This was a great story that has likeable characters with a sweet and hot romance. It has a great encouraging message to follow your dreams!! Well Done!!!
