William Whittingham , an artist in exile, codename Arrow, his life story is after writing a poem in 1974 he made enemies with an evil art-demon who has been pursuing him all these years continually striving to keep him from telling the story. So he had to hide in the Technical World, working as a Systems Analyst, codename Vector. To flee an artistic crisis, he needed to find an artistic void, to survive. It was the only way to protect the story because the demon was too powerful in the Art World for him to overcome, but being an artist himself, he had no power in the Technical World. Then.
