Little is known of the life of this ancient Chinese sage, but his wisdom and laughter reach across the centuries to speak directly to our lives today. Chuang Tsu saw through the illusory nature of this world, anticipating Zen Buddhism with its emphasis on the power of emptiness.

One of the few books I've read several times is the Tao Te Ching. The wisdom in this book is ancient, and its concepts are totally applicable to modern life. Have you read it? A book that explains many of the concepts of the Tao Te Ching
I just read: "Chuang Tsu: Inner Chapters, A Companion Volume to Tao Te Ching" by Gia Fu Feng, Jane Inglés. To follow in the process of learning.
Perhaps the concept that I liked: the ego. A big ego is to show off what you're not ... but feel less and failure is also a sign of a big ego. Do not expect anything, just live.

A perfect accompaniment to Lao Tse from the master of paradox and relativity illuminating the Truths of The Tao with dreams, jokes and stories, adding Lightness to Enlightenment!
I really loved hearing the Chinese read to me in the audiobook. I felt so much closer to the poetry of the language of the original. Truly fantastic narrator. He gave so much more personality to the text and I felt much more connected to the content. Also, I loved the humor, it was a gentle and welcome surprise. I would definitely recommend this specific translation and narration to someone.
It makes you think. A great addition to Lao Tsu's Dao De Ching. This book is much longer, the author takes space to expand on all the interesting thoughts. This makes the points come across very clearly. It's a pleasant read.
