This book is a step-by-step guide into the world of startups with special insights from the Indian startup ecosystem. What really hooked me to this book was the multitude of examples that Mr. Kulkarni has cited throughout the book to help build his point. While this aims to arm the reader with knowledge about angel investing, this is a must-read for all budding entrepreneurs to understand what it takes to build a successful business and leverage the angel investing ecosystem to accelerate growth. A special mention for the chapter on impact investing that discusses how 'impact first' businesses can create shared value for society while remaining profitable.

I will highly recommend this for newbie investors which will give a realistic scenario of how angel investing works and cut the hype from reality. Must book to read if you want to start investing on angel investors. Plenty of examples, profiles of investors helps in understanding the landscape.
