This is a humorous and insightful volume about bodily functions, microbes, and the parasitic life that calls us home. The photographic material is eye-popping. Needless to say, this book was a great reference when I was writing Gross Universe.

Love this book, I'm fascinated by the world of the very small. I should have been a microbiologist I think.

Dorky humor, but it's gross so I liked it. Mostly talks about bugs that we occasionally have living on us, and the stuff we always have on us. Like the bacteria that makes both farts and breath smell like sulfur.
