I really liked the content and there were a lot of golden nuggets of information in the book. The only thing I wished there was more of was how to put the secrets together into a workday. I would have liked to see what these things in action might look like in a typical day to get a feel, and was hoping to learn more about systems and processes to make running a real estate business more efficient. Overall would definitely recommend this to a beginning agent or an agent looking to raise their game.
I’m just getting started with my schooling. I want to hit the ground running. I used to sell sewing machines and many of the tips in this book are things that I have already employed as a sewing rep and they were successful. I became the top sewing sales rep for my employer using many of these tips. What it really boils down to is how much can you do something scary every day?
Very great productivity advice that are simple and clearly helpful to you being more focused, efficient, and productive. It was clearly worth the resources and time to read this book. I read other real estate books that are motivational that do hype you up, but I think this books gems are to bring you really to the next level in simple practical ways.

I enjoyed reading about some of the strategies mentioned in the book. It provided some really good,down to earth advice. The concept are really good overall. The reading level is not to difficult and easy to understand. I would recommend it to others in the real estate industry.

This is a great back to basics real estate book. No secrets, just great organization of common sense practice. Brian's suggestion at the end of putting one of the secrets into practice each week makes it actionable for all readers.
