I would have preferred more details of how keto is different for women vs. men and nutrition information specifically related to women. I did like the 40-day meal plan and recipes.

A fairly good, simple primer for the Keto diet

Good basic info & I found a few recipes that I would definitely try but overall there were more that didn't suit my tastes.

Recipes good!

Excellent recipes with all the food values already calculated for you. Good explanation of the keto diet and easy to understand.
