It is not unusual for readers of the book of Revelation to feel confused about the message that it expresses. Some attempt to make matters more clear by tying current events to the biblical text. Rather than clarifying the picture, this often muddles the picture even more. Is the antichrist alive today? How close are we to World War III and the end of the world? This book is an attempt to answer such questions by looking at the teachings of the Bible itself, with the goal of cutting through speculation and sensationalism, in order to understand the clear message of the Bible.
A book of 117 pages in which a former dispensationalist has changed his mind on the Second Coming of Christ. He has taken an amillienialist view in that Christ will come back at the end of the tribulation and that the millennium is taking place now. He said that the dispensationalist's teach that the Lord will rapture the church 7 years before the tribulation period. I know that isn't true because they teach Christ raptures the church at the beginning of the tribulation. I think that was a mistake that wasn't caught, especially if he was a dispensationalist. It's worth reading to get another end times point of view.
