Different..
A long story about a dominant husband and his submissive wife, playing a game set in the future called 'discipline ' . Bit hard to keep up with the rules of the game but an interesting read nevertheless, think I'll stick with Monopoly tho' !!

This is one heck of an erotic story and very definitely NSFW in all the best ways possible.
Wow Emily Tilton has totally outdone herself with this incredibly hot and downright naughty story. We start of on the planet of Prosperia, where we meet the submissive and very proper Pet young wife to the masculine and dominant Robert. There is some very good world building at this point, along with the opportunity to begin to 'know' Pet and Robert. We also develop an understanding of how their, and indeed all, marriages are governed by the male partner in accordance with planetary guidelines and laws.
The fun really starts once our protagonists arrive on the world (orbital station) of Ludia, where they will compete in The Game of Discipline. Well at least Robert will compete in the game, Pet is there as his game piece, his 'cunnos', to be used in competitions of dominance between the men. Trials that may include Pet being dominated by an opposing player. Other than the epilogue, the game takes up the majority of the book and what an incredibly hot, erotic, panty-dampening experience it is. Both for Pet AND the reader!
I loved how Pet embraced the sheer depravity of her treatment. Whilst some of the scenes involve humiliation or pushing boundaries, Emily Tilton writes them to be both consensual and arousing. If you're looking for a scorching read, with lots of heat but also a good story that doesn't feel like pornography, then I highly recommend this book.

This is the 11th book in the series but can be read as a stand-alone. Petronilla has recently married after being trained how to best please her husband. Now she will prove it when he enters them in the discipline games. This was an intriguing read with loads of drama, suspense and very steamy. I was hooked from beginning to end. I loved it!

Yes Emily has produced another hot novel which will make you squirm. However, this is far from your usual erotica and "training" that you might be expecting. I loved that this was more about the people and their relationships than anything else. A somewhat naive Pet is told by her husband they are entering a game, a game where she will be "used and punished" as her husband's playing piece. What follows was a real journey for Pet, one of not only submission but one of discovery and of trust and love. Pet has not been married long, and lives in a world where men dominate women and women are expected to obey their every command or be punished . She has been raised to become a good submissive wife, with a "governor" a device used to control a women's "urges". It is only when she enters the game with her husband that she discovers not just more about herself, but more about the world and the universe she lives in and perhaps more importantly that the man she has married loves her more than she could ever have imagined and can be trusted to do what is best for her.

I really enjoyed this story. Emily Tilton tends to write in futuristic tones where the women are dominated by the men and kept under control. This story is no different. Petronilla Lourcy is a young woman who has been recently married and is being sexually trained in the ways her husband Robert prefers. He decides to enter them in the Discipline games and they are accepted. These are sexual strategy games. The men have to have a piece, a woman, who they can dominate and possibly lose through the game. I was highly intrigued by the whole concept and I eagerly read to the end. I give this book high marks in ingenuity and the dominance is wonderful!

In a far distant future, men are men and women are consensual playthings. And of course, there has to be a game involved.
While this is part of a long running series by the author, the story is a complete standalone. No prior reading is needed to understand the setting and story.
Wow. Our author is a master of BDSM stories centered around the D/S and punishment aspects. This story is no exception, but with the introduction of The Game, things are taken to an entirely new level with multiple players and therefore lots of different steamy scenes. The world is well developed and described, providing a solid background story. Frankly, if your only interest is in the steamy action, you might actually get more background than you want, but that is up to the reader. Once you get past the setup, the action is non-stop and very steamy, keeping you reading right up to the very end. Overall, it was a very entertaining read.
Highly recommended.

Be warned that this book has some F/F action, along with some cuckolding going on. I know that there is genre for that but I personal don't like either. There was no mention before I read, if there was I wouldn't have read. Not my cup of tea.

Whar a sizzling hot BDSM read.......So this was a free ARC copy from one of my favorite authors and booksprout for my voluntary honest review of this book and I couldn't put it down once I started reading til I finished it.Plus I thought it was a great BDSM read, about a husband teaching his new bride about BDSM and BDSM games too.I realy like reading this kind of storys and I really enjoyed this one and look forward to reading more from this author in the future. This book was a challenge to get into for me. There were times I found myself skimming the pages and lost my interest. I've read a lot of books by Emily Tilton and have enjoyed those books. With all that said, in this book, Emily gives us a future world that seems not terribly evolved and still male orientated with a secret society that dominates women. I just found this future world disappointing. I just had difficulty with the whole thing. I didn't connect with the characters, just not my favorite book

Mrs. Petronilla Lourcy, known to her friends and family as Pet (this is definately understated), and her husband Robert have been chosen - from a very long list - to play a wicked game of "Discipline". Husbands are known as the true players and the females and or wives (played as a team) that play with them are known as "pieces". It's almost like a live game of chess but the moves are extremely complicated. The game is slightly set up for the men to "win" in the end and it can get a little questionable for the ladies but no one is exactly complaining. *wink wink*
