Rate this book
How I Won The Battle With A-fibEvery day thousands of people across the world are diagnosed with the unpredictable and challenging heart condition atrial fibrillation. I was one of them.  I wasn't satisfied with  my doctors advice to "just live with it" so I set off on my own journey to find answers and ultimately find a cure for my a-fib. And i did. It is now my mission to help you find your cure too.

What I found through hours of research was a surprising cause of a-fib that you might not have considered. One that is very easy to treat but seemingly overlooked.

This book contains everything I have learned about a-fib written from a patients perspective. I know how frightening and unpredictable a-fib can be and I hope that the information contained within will guide you towards your cure too.

What's In The A-fib is and why it happensCommon triggers for AFHow to reduce your chances of having an episodeA surprising and often overlooked reason why a-fib developsA strategy guide to help you tackle your atrial fibrillationMy own story of how I managed to cure myselfHow to significantly improve your cardiovascular health

Atrial fibrillation can be frustrating and take a huge toll on your physical and mental well-being. If you or any one you know are suffering from a-fib, I really hope you find this little book useful. The best reward I could hope for is that it helps someone else.

I've been living with AFib for 10 years and have done lots of research along with completely transforming my lifestyle and having 6 ablations.

I happened upon this book recently and particularly appreciated 3 things about it.

1. It's a clearly written, straightforward quick read.

2. I love Jay's attitude toward AFib. Reading his words helped me confirm my goal, which is being *cured* of AFib. I'd had lots of other ideas floating around in my head that he helped me quash. I also sensed a kindred spirit; I haven't met too many others w/AF who are eager to dive into lifestyle optimization.

3. I'd been taking magnesium, but switched to magnesium glycinate on his suggestion and felt an immediate positive impact on my heart. This is why it pays to be open-minded & keep looking for helpful information!

A lot of the information I had already discovered and I've gone into more depth in other lifestyle topics, such as healing the nervous system & bringing more capacity & regulation to it. I've also explored mitigating the health impacts of EMFs (basically, electronic pollution).

Jay has inspired me to write my own book one day and include these other topics.

I found it to be one of those powerful little books that happened to come at just the right time.

Book is easy understandable and very helpful for people like me, who suffer from a fib for along- long time by visiting many doctors without any success.
Book is just amazing, book which i was dream about for a long time . it is written the way i would feel exactly what the author is going through, plus it is much more consistent , logical and very objective that anyone could imagine. if you are looking for a practical guide how to free yourself from afib and enjoy your life- this book is for you.

Great quick read.

A great insight into someone's journey with Afib. As someone who had had two episodes omover two years, this book has highlighted some clear similarities with my own situation. The first episode I had was off the back of a massive night out, shocking. The second one showed low levels of potassium which I think could have been a reason as I have t drunk much since my first bout two years ago. I'm going to pay more attention to my diet again and try supplementing magnesium.

Great book, highly recommended for an independent Real life account.

Practical, well-thought-out advice

If you’ve just been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, this is a great book to help youget your bearings. The author is open about his afib journey and how he managed to eliminate the condition without drugs or surgery. The advice is all common sense, no miracle cures. This book gives me hope and the knowledge I need to get my body back on track. I highly recommend it.

Was just diagnosed with A-Fib. I finished reading "The Afib Cure" and wanted to read about someone personal experience. Jay's book filled in the gaps and his research and experience is similar to mine. I would recommend both books before giving in to the 2014 Protocol and living with AF on blood thinners. Found it interesting that his book was printed in my home town. I must know the guy.

Short and sweet. The author explains what he suspected had been underlined causes for his aFib, and how he then put it in remission by simply leading a healthy life.

Easy to read

Jay tells you more than how he cured his A-fib. He explains causes and triggers and why it's important to look at all aspects of the problem.
