Great book. Bill pulls no punches and tells it like it is. That once civilizations get past a certain point, those in control get a little greedy. That greed is what winds up taking civilizations down. That in the end, all deals have to be win/win. For both sides. Otherwise, as in our own case, mankind will be the ultimate loser.
