Excellent primer on acupressure for the layman. Well-written, it is very easy to understand and apply. The illustrations and photographs clearly indicate the locations of the acupressure

points. I almost immediately started activating the points relevant to me. I highly recommend this book to those interested in acupuncture and acupressure.
