With scaly green skin, firm ridges, a thick firm tail and a larger than life you-know-what, the trader Damir will have me any way chooses…

Stolen from my home.
Trapped in subterranean tunnels…
Ogled at by giant alien reptiles…
My only hope at escape is the trader Damir — my buyer.
I can't let myself fall under the trader’s spell…

I shouldn’t fantasize about his long black hair and twisted horns.
His lime-green eyes…
His forceful lips…
Or the immense equipment dangling between his legs.
I have to be sensible — I have to escape.

Damir won’t let me out of his clutches without a fight.
And even if I did escape, I'd have no way to get back to Earth.

I am not sure why this book exists. I didn't care about any of the characters, and there were 40 reptile babies in egg sacks popping out like tadpoles, which was... something.

This series has the best covers ever! Again beautiful!
In this book the alien is really alien. I like how he goes to bed in like a pile of dirt and other things.
It is a book you can read really fast and is a nice break from other books.
It has a bit of a different view of abductions from other abduction books.

An unusual but interesting alien romance which I enjoyed reading. The plot is suspenseful & written with an intriguing “expect the unexpected” story-line. The characters are quite unique in their approach to the unusual situations they find themselves in & react accordingly. There are some character crossovers from “Devor” but this book can be read as a standalone.
There is: a young female linguistic (Panadora) & her son (Barney) are abducted from earth & sold to a huge alien reptile (Damir) who is determined to claim & mate her, a manipulative alien (Uraz) & his daughter (Firuza), various kinds of aliens, suspense, intrigue, drama, action, adventure, abduction, captivity, devious plans, mating fever, danger, threats, war, violence, conflict, enemies, manipulations, deceit, betrayal, defiance, compromises, unusual friendships, confrontations, compromises, contentment, some steam & a satisfying conclusion.

The was an unusual but intriguing story that kept you captivated. And the food, oh boy, that was quite gross...but hey to each his own. You’ve got kidnapping, drama, mating rituals and more. Now some may not find this interesting as the way they treat the women isn’t appropriate. And yeah it wasn’t cool along with how they actually mated but it is a sci fi book and anything can happen. So keeping that in mind it was a good captivating book.

I received this book as an ARC for my honest and voluntary review.

Wow what a wonderful book , this is the first book I’ve read by Enid Titan . This story is about Damir and alien known as a Taurean a reptilian species almost like a dragon without wings. Pandora along with her son Barney were kidnapped from earth and was to be sold as exotic non sentient creatures . Then as Damir seeks to buy them he is made to realize they are intelligent sentient humans. This turns out to be a very interesting and wonderful love story between two very different species and so much happens in this story it’s a must read .

Well, if you like your alien romance very alien, then this book is for you. Pandora, a captive of a Reptilian race is sold to Damir, a trader from a family of warriors on the planet Tau. Damien and Pandora have an instant attraction, one that neither can control, one that leaves Pandora forever tied to Damir. But there are those around them that try to keep them apart. They each have to work to keep that from happening. Some of the food and some of the cultures that Pandora must acclimate to are pretty gross, to me. But the story was very good, so I enjoyed it.

Really liked the story, but the reptile/human relations gave me the shivers (and not the good type...) That being said, I loved the fantasy world details and all the other wonderful unique alien characters. Multiculturalism in space?

This isn't what I normally read and I found it kind of strange. I'd rate it higher though if there weren't as many grammatical, and other errors in the prose, kind of felt like it was written and edited in a rush. It was fun anyway.

I really enjoyed this second story in The Alpha Quadrant Series. You don't have to read the first, but the characters from the first are in this story too. At first I found it a bit hard to relate to the characters, but that is because I am not used to reptilian aliens. The more I read, the better I got with understanding the characters and the different races/species that were introduced in this story. In reality, everyone is similar and everyone is different. Love, greed, politics, manipulation is all the same regardless of race or species. When you get two beings together who were meant to be together, it doesn't matter what color skin or scales one has. It doesn't matter if you have a tail and horns or not. What matters is how you think and feel.

Pandora is a linguistic expert from Boston, well, until her and her son were kidnapped. Now she is a creature in a glass cage being held underground by aliens. She is slowing piecing together their language, but not quite. When one of the aliens gives her a translator. That way she can understand what is being said and she can answer back. Pandora was being sold as a pet, a non sentient being. When a different alien male comes into my cage, things change. We are attracted to each other. We become mated. I will give birth to his egg clutch, supposedly 20.

Damir is a Taurenan male. Some say they look like dragon men. Green skin and scales, a tail, slits for nostrils and horns from the temples. He is a trader for a living. He and two others fly their ship doing trades across the galaxies. When visiting Uraz, he sees this creature, a female with pink skin, no scales or tail, and black straight hair. I know that Uraz is trying to manipulate me somehow between trying to sell me this female human and an unseen male human to possibly breed them, to mating with is oldest daughter, and to going into politics as an extension of his will. When I get a close look at the human, I know that I want her for my mate. I accept Uraz's bargain for the humans and take his daughter Firuza as my 'mate' even though we are not mated. That was her conditions to get her off planet.

Without giving too much away, there comes a point where Damir has to make a very tough choice, to do what Uraz, his sponsor who he owes his loyalty to, or to go against him to do what is morally right. He also meets Arian and Titan, along with others, from the first story.

ARG! In the ARC copy, we didn't get the Final chapter. I have to wait until it comes out and get the book to read the last chapter just like everyone else. ARG! Really enjoyed this second book of the series. This time about Pandora from earth and Damir a Taurean trader who is a lizard like reptile with horns and claws with green scales skin.
Pandora was kidnapped with her son barney will jogging in the woods on earth and taken prisoner she was stripped of her clothes and put into a glass room separated from her son.Uraz had control over the sector and was the senator who manipulates to get want he wants.Firuza is uraz daughter and he wanted to mate damir together but they didn’t like each other.
Firuza tricks both damir and pandora for her purpose and is just like her father. When damir goes in to the room were pandora is he is drawn to her and vice versa he says that his pheromones draws her to him and she was sentient and does the same to him he sex is hot .
The first half of the book is about pandora, damir and firuza. The second half of the book is about characters from the first book with a similar situation that happen in book one.
I recommend this book really good read don’t want to give anymore away but you to read it to find out what happens but will say Hea.I cannot wait for book three.

The first page had me gagging – think of the Klingon delicacy of Gagh worms on Star Trek… blah, and made even worse because these mealworms appear to be sentient! I was traumatized and had a hard time finishing even the first chapter of the book.

The main character, Pandora Stewart, is stolen from her home.
The creature who eventually purchased her, Damir, is her only hope of escape, but he won’t let her go. She realizes that even if she did manage to escape, there was no obvious way to get back to Earth. Will she find someone to help her? Will she get home? Or is there something else in store for her future?

This is the third book I have read by this author. I must admit, despite my love of sci-fi alien stories, I did not particularly enjoy this one either. It was overly violent and very demeaning to females. Although Damir wasn’t as awful as the rest of the alien characters seemed to be, I didn’t like him. I didn’t finish reading due to my discomfort with the book.

By far the worst book I skim read. Ever. The amount of ridiculousness is the only thing this load of word vomit has going for it. I didn’t expect much and started to read it just so I can giggle with a colleague about it, but it was so bad it wasn’t even funny.
Let me point out just a handful of nonsense I found within the first 30%. His “member” (yes, they call it that) has moving bits that “tickle her pink tightness”. 🤢 She gets told she got knocked up by the reptile alien days after gross, way too descriptive alien sex, so now she is “incubating his egg brood” in her “mammalian womb”. Have I mentioned that they eat mealworms and scorpion flesh in this far-away galaxy? Luckily our human egg incubator is served eggs and toast, I kid you not. Talk about not giving a damn about world building...No, just no.

This story didn't do it for me!
by sewsummore

There was a lot happening in this book , much of it distracting from the romance of the two main characters. Pandora was a human who had been kidnapped from Earth with her young son. She was mated an sold to an alien trader who had impregnated her with their first coupling. For me to enjoy a science fiction romance the story must have basis that was believable and for me this story was too far fetched to strike that balance. The interaction between Pandora and her mate Damir was very limited and this added to my disbelief, the story just didn't do it for me.

I think aliens are super hot and I can see them as mated to some super sassy and sexy human females. I really liked Damir and Pandora and am happy for them. But every time those squirmy Tau delicacies were mentioned and eaten (oh yucky!) and the fact that Pandora and Barney ate them too (good grief!) For all the technology of the Tau, I am sure they could have synthesized some human food. Sorry, but my enjoyment of this book got taken down a notch. So, if the eating of the critters doesn't offend you, then enjoy this book, because Enid is a great writer.

I grew to like this book as I continued reading. You have Pandora a human that is kidnapped by a crazy reptile alien while she was taken her son was also kidnapped with her. Now comes Damir a trader from the same reptile alien species, he is con buy Uraz the alien that stole Pandora and her son and buys them. Little does he know that when the meet she pushes him into mating fever where they become mates and she is impregnated. Now Pandora must help Damir to become a better man by saving a planet that the man he is working for helped to destroy and unit his people in the war to come.

Pandora has been kidnapped from Earth with her son, by Aliens. Damir is supposed to buy her from her captor - but he wants to possess her in every way - will she be able to escape and get back to her home? Or will she find happiness in the arms of the Alien? There is danger, and a war that threatens all of their lives. I really enjoyed this as a stand alone, but loved that Titan and Ariana from Devor made an appearance that tied the series together.

Damir and Pandora have an interesting story that has tons of action, intreigue and emotion, as well as plenty of steam. stolen from home Pandora is sold as an alien pet along with her son barney, too bad she causes a mating instinct in Damir.

I loved this one. Eventhough it's the second book in the series, this one is even better than the first. I got a better or rather a more in depth look into the Taureans. I love the romance and the mating along with the drama. Such a great read.

Pandora was kidnapped by aliens wishing to sell her as a pet. The buyer, Damir is being used by a cunning Taurean and his daughter. They each have an agenda to which he is completely unaware. He knows something is wrong, but he doesn’t find out until it’s too late. Is it possible to get out of the mess he finds himself in? Read and find out.

A unique story of love between a human and Alien

The story was quite interesting. I was unsure i would find Damir intriguing being a reptilian alien, but he definately grew on me. Some sexy hot times, battles and previous characters are a part of the story from the last two books. Definitely worth reading. Will hold you right to the end.

No place like home!

Strange, unusual and totally captivating. There's treachery, spell binding mating rituals, deception and annihilation of an entire planet at hand in this escapade, where finding your place in the grand overview is pretty important.

Too long

At first I was really enjoying this book. But then politics got involved, and then I just got to where it just kept going and going and going. I was getting tired of reading it! A lot slow and a little too sweet for me.As soon as politics get involved, I am checking out.
