If You’re Expecting a Revolution, Expect Disappointment

The world wants to sell us the idea that all we need to succeed is one lucky event. One lucky event and your dreams come true, your problems are forever solved, and everything is perfect.

But life doesn’t work that way. Those who expect an overnight revolution in their lives end up right back where they started—bitter and angry at the merciless world that placed so many obstacles on their path to a better life.

If you wish to make your dreams come true, instead of hoping for a revolution, prepare for an evolution—an arduous but fruitful everyday process of self-improvement. And for that, Everyday Evolution, a new release by bestselling author Martin Meadows, has you covered.

Here are some of the things you’ll learn from this book:

- When dreaming is dangerous and how dreaming strategically can help you accomplish your goals rather than sabotage them.

- Five traps that stem from fixating on events which can jeopardize your goals and set you up for failure.

- An overlooked, crucial step that will help you overcome plateaus and enjoy sustainable, long-term success.

- Five tips to stay determined over the long term, including a morbid strategy inspired by Japanese movies and a method based on the findings of a relationships expert.

- Six ways to improve yourself daily, including focusing on various important areas of your life that you might have not considered before.

Don’t fall victim to the trap of event-obsessed thinking. Learn how to cultivate and enjoy a process-oriented outlook for consistent progress towards your goals. Buy the book now and begin a new chapter in your life.

Martin Meadows is the pen name of an author who has dedicated his life to personal growth. He constantly reinvents himself by making drastic changes in his life. Over the years, he has: regularly fasted for over 40 hours, taught himself two foreign languages, lost over 30 pounds in 12 weeks, ran several businesses in various industries, took ice-cold showers and baths, lived on a small tropical island in a foreign country for several months, and wrote 400-page long novel's worth of short stories in one month.

Yet, self-torture is not his passion. Martin likes to test his boundaries to discover how far his comfort zone goes. His findings (based both on his personal experience and scientific studies) help him improve his life. If you're interested in pushing your limits and learning how to become the best version of yourself, you'll love Martin's works.

A concise, focused and very practical guide to self-improvement, this book will stick with me. The author shuns the slick jargon of New Age self-help gurus and makes his case with simple, effective observations. Self-help guides might spur readers into temporary resolutions or misdirected rehabilitations, but Meadows offers up cynical yet effective prescriptions for improving your life. He is brutally honest about commitment and dedication, revealing the pitfalls of self-delusion and the shallowness of material rewards. The book is very short; hence one can easily re-read it and reinforce the lessons.

Changing oneself a is protracted, gradual, volatile and challenging process. Meadows offers the best and most realistic and practical step -by-step guide to self-improvement; however, one of the book’s earliest caveats concerns the tendency to excessively celebrate making commitments before implementing any of the required and essential steps.

Thank you Martin.

Martin Meadows has written this book "Everyday Evolution" for the people who would like to get the facts right. A proper"hitting on the nailhead" type book.

A fantastic book, that needs to be read by people who have done lots of false starts and think of becoming famous, rich, fit in a shorter span of time.

I truly enjoyed the book, for it has some very simple-to-use, practical information available for easy application in our day to day lives. Some of the insights given therein are common, yet, not so easy to apply, hence, I was happy to see some refreshing ways of looking at the same old advice typically found in self-help books.
As an example, the author advises us to focus on the 'Input' and not on the 'expected outcome' or 'results.' I have been guilty of doing just the opposite in many situations until now, so I was happy to learn about a different way of looking at the same thing and experiment. I found out that it actually works! That's a terrific feeling!
I highly recommend this book if you are looking for small but meaningful ways to improve your life and the experience of life itself! You will be glad to learn some uncommon tips in a quick 41-page read!
Enjoy
