We live in a fast paced world riddled with perplexity and complexities staring at us in the face demanding instant solutions that are not easily available. Furthermore, we behold a toxic culture in many organizations and institutions where suggestions or ideas from freshers are laughed upon by seniors. In other places, we may see hesitation in the middle level management to come up with something new to solve the problems that have surfaced. The reason might be fear of judgement but the reason stops the organization from solving problems, growing and bringing out its potential.
What if there was a unique way to solve the problems which could help us get solutions in as less as 10 minutes or lets say 30 minutes? You would want to learn about it, understand it and apply it in your own organization.
The art of problem solving using one's creativity is what is taught so exceptionally well by this brilliant author sir Roger Firestien.
Once you learn, understand and get trained in Creative Problem Solving, you would be able to create new products, save millions of dollars, usher in a change in the society and even save jobs and organizations.
The book teaches this simple but effective method of solving one's problems using creativity, imagination and courage. The author teaches various types of thinking and how we can utilize them to generate ideas, develop solutions and take actions which will not just solve the problem but take the organization to the next level of greatness. It also teaches us to distinguish between various kinds of problems and identify the problems which need our urgent attention.

The book is written beautifully by Sir Roger. It truly inspires you, awakens the giant within you and you feel confident that nothing is impossible for you once you read this book. It teaches you to practice what you learn and not be afraid of generating ideas even if they might seem stupid at first. It helps you harness your imagination and innovate in times of disruption.
The author honestly says the path will not be easy. Sometimes, it will be disappointing but one needs to keep going and redefine the problem in a different way to figure out how it can be solved.
CPS is not something one should practice just for a month. One needs to apply the wisdom of the book regularly in order to achieve staggering results in one's business and life.
The book is a storehouse of wisdom. It is filled with case studies, anecdotes, insights, etc that will help you in your crisis and climb the staircase of success.
This book is truly a masterpiece and I would like to thank the author and @theprfreelancer for sending me this book. It is now one of my favorite business books.

Create In Flash is an insightful and inspiring personal development book that will help you evaluate ideas for creativity and innovation. While innovation has gain some weight over times, people are still unsure and dubious about creativity. However Roger L.Firestein has established that Innovation cannot exist without creativity and vice-versa. In his own words "There is no innovation without creativity. Creativity is the spark that ignite innovation."

😮 The very first day I took this book in my hand, I was like wow! Such a different approach, hyper personalization and the way the author started with the book.
We know the world is getting more creative and the economy is thriving because of "consistent creativity in the business" and thus, it is equally important to update yourself with new learnings and technology from time to time.
When we talk about creativity, we talk about colors, strategies, and flourishing business. The book has everything- Building a business especially the creative one? Hands down - This should be your Go to guide!
Personal experiences and incidents have been blended by the author in the ways of different chapters.💃This is what hooks the readers more! Atleast me, I like when someone connects and explains in a conceptual way.
This will be in a few if my favourite business book's list!
