Annette Blair's romantic comedies owe their beginnings to a root canal and a reluctant trip to Salem Massachusetts. Though she had once proclaimed she'd never write a contemporary, she stumbled into the serendipitous role of Accidental Witch Writer on that trip. Funny how she managed to eat her words even with an aching jaw. Magic or destiny; Annette's Bewitching Romantic Comedies became her first National Bestsellers.
Her August '07 release, SEX AND THE PSYCHIC WITCH, the first in her Triplet Witch Trilogy, hit the #1 bestselling spot for contemporary romance-humorous on Barnes & Noble. It also hit B & N's overall bestseller lists for mass market and fiction mass market and #7 for romance mass market, topping Nielsen BookScan and Borders Bestseller lists as well.
Cute. And funny as well 😉 Contrary to what someone else said in a review, it was easy to put down though 😄 I wouldn't call it 'great' (another review) either, just cute and funny.
my first love from the series is 'undeniable rogue.' I had read this book a long time ago and that's forever captured in my heart. I have continued to go back to this book when I want a bit of sweetness & heartache, a bit of fun twin chaos or a little spice.
I found the rest of the books were distinctive with their stories and I love an author that can have the chaos and love of children in books but can also very easily handle a budding romance. a true talent!
What a wonderful collection of books in a boxed set!
Four rogues facing battle at Waterloo decide to make a pact and form The Rogues Club. Each one made a pledge to take care of the surviving members families in the events of their deaths. These books follow the adventures (or misadventures)of each rogue in carrying out their promises to one another. Relying on their integrity and honor to carry out their tasks, they never suspected to be tamed and loved by a pregnant wife-to-be, a misinformed widow, a tenderhearted children's savior, and a completely unlikely bride.
Well written with well developed characters. Their intertwined lives keeps you interested and intrigued from beginning to end.
I loved all the stories in this series of books. The author did a fine job of connecting each book with characters from a previous one. The final book brought all the Rogue's, their wives and children together in a Christmas story to remember. Even though the love shown by these couples is for adults only type reading it shows how great love can be.
While I enjoyed the books I found the stories rather repetitive - damaged pasts, lying about them or not telling the whole story then falling madly in love, telling the truth and all is well. They wiled away some dark evenings and I did like the characters but not enough to read again really.
