This is a good book and goes into details on the foods and supplements to eat during pregnancy. It's a light book that is not long to read will help pregnant during, after and even before if she's willing to be pregnant! However, a lot of information is available elsewhere and some are common sense

As a pregnant mum, you are often faced with a ton of anxiousness on what food to eat and what not to. This book clearly indicates the A-Z of food and drink and covers various subjects such as weigh gain management, on staying active throughout the pregnancy and taking necessary supplements such as folic acid. Sample meal plans together with a healthy diet checklist helps mothers-to-be to decide on what type of food to eat during these trying months. There is a section also covering weight loss after pregnancy.

My favourite section in the book has to be “A – Z of foods and ingredients” which clearly lists a whole chapter on nutrients that a growing baby needs.
