Barbara weaves a framework as a container to hold anecdotal stories about the role, function, structure, and personal experiences of mentorship in women's lives.

I found some lines, thoughts, and stories served as effective prompts to examine the role of mentorship in my own life and body of work.

A quick read, with some research backing. Easy to move through and in the end, impactful for the time and attention I chose to invest in it.
