A variety of meals, snacks and sides in this cook book with low calorie satisfying food. Tasty!

I tried Popcorn chicken and did extra to freeze. Low snacks too!

Some of the coleslaw salads and especially the Coronation potato salad.

Few others too!

I have their first book so now I’ve got a set!

I came across Pinch of Nom due to the cookbooks selling a ton of copies in the UK. This was a good solid standard cookbook with some helpful hints to keep the calories down. I found going through that there weren't that many recipes that stirred my taste buds, but it's a personal style thing.

Really pleased with this collection. I find the web site really frustrating to navigate so having 100 recipes in a simple to view format is great.

Simple, always tasty and good portion sizes. Yum!

These recipes are excellent! This week I've dedicated to making meals from just this recipe book, at least one every day (sometimes one for lunch then another for dinner). Only one meal didn't quite hit the mark - and it was just slightly less enjoyable than the rest. You'd never imagine these dishes are very low in calories. Extremely tasteful and enjoyed by the whole family - even my daughter who, for example, doesn't eat potatoes. She actually had the cumin potatoes accompanying a curry and as soon as she'd started eating said, "Mum, you must make this again!". I would thoroughly recommend.

I’ve cooked nearly every meal in this great recipe book. It’s a useful tool for experimenting in the kitchen, using simple recipes to cook an alternative. Whenever I’m lost on what to cook but have a specific ingredient, I check the index, get a few ideas and start cooking. I adapt if missing ingredients.

All under 400 calories if you follow measurements exactly. Sometimes I don’t but either way the meals I’ve cooked have been tasty and filling.

Some of my favourites (the titles aren’t exact as I don’t have the book nearby): Mediterranean roasted veggies with halloumi, minced pork burgers, root vegetable soup, minced turkey wraps.

I love most of the batch cook recipes as they help me work effectively without cooking three times a day throughout the week. The quick meals are also great to have in your arsenal. They’re tasty selections but don’t take much effort!

good mix of recipes

I’ve made a few recipes from the Pinch of Nom books. This is my favourite of the PON books I have. The garlic and lime balti is amazing

I borrowed this book from the main library and decided that as I was copying out virtually every recipe it would perhaps be better if I bought the book myself! I found a very good used copy on World of Books, free delivery guys, and it came within a few days. I've cooked a few of them already and they are really good and all under 400 calories. I've decided that if I only cook one of these recipes each day then I would be bound to lose some weight, and if I cooked two...

This is one of the first cookery books where I have liked practically every recipe in the book, I cannot understand why it's taken me so long to buy it!

Would thoroughly recommend it, the girls have worked out the right balance of proteins and calories for each recipe and give you helpful tips along the way, and obviously there are recipes for breakfasts, lunches and dinners and some snacky things too. A good book.

I have all the pinch of nom collections and have made so many of the recipes. I even have the newest one on pre order.
The recipes are always super easy, full of flavour, easy to source ingredients, several options in how to cook ie air fryer, oven, slow cooker, but best of all healthy.
There is always something for everyone.
Including dessert 🍨 yum!
I also love that you can head to their Web page and get loads of tips if your struggling with a particular recipe or you want to switch it up and change some ingredients. They are always on hand to answer.

Originally borrowed this from the library, but liked it so much I've bought a copy since. We've tried a few of the recipes now and the ones we've tried have worked and taste pretty good. I don't think you need to specifically be on a diet to enjoy them either, if you're just looking for some lighter meal options, it's a good book.

A good recipe book, vibrant with colour and easy to follow recipes. There are one or two I wanted to try but as we have a flavour and texture difficult household it's going to be a lot of tweaking and replacing on a lot of these other recipes.

Another great cook book, but the recipes just don't hit the same mark as the first did for me (probably because theyre healthier... so actually the issue lies with me?)

I caved into buying the book because it has a recipee for "sopa criolla" and anyone who claims to know theìr stuff about food should know about Peruvian food. My mind was blown when I made the recipee using ingredients available un Europe, yet somehow managing to stay true to the spirit of the dish! Which came out yummylicious!!! I've made quite a few recipees from it and it's my go-to kitchen book. Simple, delicious, guilt free and leaving you full and happy.
