Pretty Good

This cookbook is extremely brief, with very few recipes. I feel that there could have been just a few more. Even though there are few recipes, I was intrigued & want to try some of them. The only thing that concerns me is that approximately 3/4 of the recipes had nearly identical preparation instructions. Some might say that it is because the final product is a ferment... However... I just can't see that whole, full sized cucumbers could ferment in the same brief amount of time as chopped or shredded veggies. That bothers me a bit. Your call on this, I'm on the fence with this one.

Useful Indeed

I have tried twice to make sauerkraut and each time it died before it was quite ready. I think with these instructions I'll finally be able to succeed!

Considering the book is free on Kindle it is great. A bargain.
The instructions for the recipes are at most times clear but some parts need a bit of Googling.
