First book that I have read from this author and I really enjoyed it. Mitch and Jenny were such a great couple. Loved the alpha male vibe he had for her. Their chemistry was so good. I can’t wait to read more from this author.

She runs across a field and right into his heart
Mitch may be an ex-con but he has done his time for a crime he did not commit. After ten long years Mitch is finally free and the first thing he does is take a walk in the park. There he sees a curvy beauty running at him across a field waving her arms and yelling something at him, like out of a fairy tale. It turns out Trixie the border collie has gotten away from Jenny, the dog walker. Trixie if running directly at Mitch and Jenny really wants him to try and head her off, which Mitch does with great gusto. When Jenny finally gets to Mitch and Trixie they discover that they actually knew each other growing up as they were neighbors with Jenny trying to hang out with the older Mitch and his cousins.
Now Jenny is a dog walker to pay the bills after leaving her abusive ex. For Mitch it is insta-lust/love as he only wants to get her under him and then not let her go. But her ex is stalking around and causes some issues which Mitch is only too happy to deal with in the most efficient way he can. Once Jenny realizes just how well Mitch can take care of her, protect her and cherish her she is not going to run away from him.
With Curves for the Ex-Con Bailey Rock has started a new series, Dangerous Curves. It is still an OTT protective and possessive Alpha H with a younger and curvy woman but with the addition of a bit of danger stirred into the story-line. This was a fun, flirty, and dirty hot short story that is enjoyable to read. I look forward to reading more books in this series.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the story of Mitch and Jenny. They used to be neighbors until Mitch went away and Jenny never knew where he went. Mitch was just released from prison after serving 10 years for something he didn't do and he wanted to enjoy his freedom, so he went to the park. While there, he heard a woman yell and saw her chasing a dog that got away from her, so Mitch caught the dog. Mitch was shocked to see Jenny grown up and was instantly attracted to her and wanted to make her his. Jenny had recently broken up with an abusive boyfriend and was walking dogs to make money for rent. When she saw Mitch, she wondered where he was and realized she still had a crush on him. When Jenny's ex showed up looking for her, Mitch protected Jenny and told her he would protect her from now on because she was his. Jenny went back to Mitch's apartment with him and they had an amazing night. The next morning, Jenny found women's things and thought Mitch was lying about being single, so she left. Mitch vowed to find Jenny and get her back. I liked this story. Mitch was a strong alpha male who knew what he wanted and wouldn't stop until he got it. Mitch was so protective of Jenny and was determined to keep her safe. Good one.

I kinda loved this story. I'm not sure what made me love it the most, the OTT hero Mitch, the interaction between Jenny and Mitch, or any number of things that contribute to this book being so enjoyable.
Jenny couldn't believe that she ran into Mitch again, let alone that he'd be hotter than he was in high school. Mitch wasn't interested in her then, but now he is and he wants to explore all of her curves. He protects her when she needs it the most and tells her that he wants to be with her. He is so hot, but he couldn't really love her this quickly.
Mitch is an ex-con, but he went to jail for a crime he didn't commit. On his first day out of jail, he runs into someone from his past and she's got curves in all the right spots, is sweet and funny. She also needs protection and Mitch is going to do whatever he can to keep Jenny safe and happy. Mitch decides that he wants to be with her for the rest of his life and he is going to marry her as soon as possible.
Loved their connection and their happy ever after. I definitely recommend reading this book.

Mitch just got out of prison for something he didn’t do when he is walking in the park he sees the woman of his dreams. Jenny is walking the dog when she sees her crush/former neighbor. Things heat up quickly with this pair.
I really enjoyed this book. I loved how protective he was against her ex boyfriend. I loved the epilogue. There was drama and a small misunderstanding but it all wrapped up in a beautiful HEA. I can’t wait to read more by this author. *spoilers* the ex held them up at gun point but it was resolved quickly. Jenny also thought that he was cheating on his girlfriend but it was really his cousin.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this story about Mitch and Jenny. They grew up with each other but went they're separate ways. She got stuck in an abusive relationship and he's started a billion dollar company then spent time on jail for a crime he didn't commit. Now he's out and they run into each other at the park. But when he ex threatens her, Mitch comes to her rescue. Great HEA.

This was a wonderful story. Mitch and Jenny used to be neighbors. He just gets out of jail for something he did not do when he runs into Jenny. He knows she is the one for him and protects her from her ex. Loved this story

An amazing fast pace quick romance! The story line is well-developed, witty, engaging, well written, and steamy with twists and turns, suspense, and more. Likeable characters; their chemistry is intense and off the charts! Definitely recommended!

3.5 Stars - This short InstaLove story features a recently released convict (who of course is innocent!) and a curvy dog walker who find love after many years apart. I liked seeing their story play out and liked the epilogue as well!

4.5 stars - As children, they were neighbors. Jenny and Mitch's chance encounter many years later changes both of their paths. In this sweet and spicy tale, Mitch finds the best way to acclimate to life again and Jenny proves to be all the rehabilitation he needs. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
