Comprehensive and practically applicable IT Strategy
Jim Maholic has done a fantastic job by sharing how to think and act as one develop IT strategy. Being a consultant myself in this field, I liked the ideas he has shared mainly around SEAR goals and 3D framework. I loved the quotes that he has sprinkled in the book. I actually used some of the learning directly at my client work. Thanks Jim for inspiring work.

A lot of interesting and sharpen knowledge
Model with 3 dimensions is clear and strong explained components in details. Great and useful samples, templates and suggest useful approaches.
It's worthy 5* and more for IT Strategy. Recommend for preparing the (any) strategic planning.
