The book that interested me in Hatha Yoga way back in the '70s. The asanas are well explained and illustrated. One has to go to the back of the book to find the exercise sequences for day 1, day 2 and day 3.

My only complaint is that it can be difficult to follow the exercises because the paperback book doesn't lie flat. I have bought two additional copies and cut and pasted the pages on letter-size paper and had them bound. This is still the best yoga book I've ever used.
