A great collection of "The Spine Doctor's" essays on life, running, coaching and just about everything in between from the author of "Supernova" and "Time and Chance". Russ calls upon his years of running and coaching track and cross country as well as studying the sport from his visits to Russia and their sports science labs. A must read for the true runner.
