Honestly though I'll read anything and everything to do with this series so keep 'em coming.

A Very Medoran Kaldoras is a short story (and #5.1) by Aussie author Lynette Noni, which SHOULDN’T be read unless the full Medoran Chronicles has been read first. The shock ending has to mean another book to come, please Ms Noni!! An excellent read which I enjoyed as I’ve enjoyed the whole series, a series which I recommend highly to fantasy fans!

Ok, so I had in mind a cute little Kaldoras story(which I got) and then there was even more cuteness added too. I squealed and cried a bit, and at the end, I literally said "What the hell?" out loud.

This little novela was just everything i needed after the fifth book in the series. Thank you Lynette for writing this short story.

Plot: This little short story follows the events of the last book in the series *so i recommend you finishing the series otherwise there will be spoilers*. I am so thankful to get this little piece of extra story for this world and i loved every single page.

Alex is now almost 18 and is adjusting to life after the war along with losing so many people she tried to keep safe. Alex and Kaiden swapping Kaldoras gifts and Kaiden's gift is a little bracelet which is not any ordinary bracelet, it's one that has memories from events in the main series that Alex and Kaiden have shared. It was really nice to relive all the moments again and even though i finished the main series 9 months ago it was just everything i needed to deal with how i felt at the end of the last book.

I love Bear and his entire family because they don't leave anyone out and it was so heartwarming to see this scene play out. The food that was mentioned sent my imagination into overdrive because everything Lynette describes just feels homey and welcoming i love it.

Even though this was a short story it felt so much more grown up and it was great seeing the characters interact in a way that wasn't in the main series and i know it wasn't much but it was a nice added thing that i wanted to talk about.


Ok. Lynette we need to talk about that ending. you cannot leave me on that little cliffhanger like that. i need answers. i need them now! why do you do us fans of the series like that!

I finished it! I had read half of it, then got on with my homework (I was procrastinating again), and I finally finished it. I see what people mean about the cliff hanger at the end. I really hope there's going to be another book. This book was so cute and I laughed every time Alex's parents mention Kaiden and Alex being together. I absolutely loved this book and recommend it to anyone who's read the series. Looking forward to the next book.

A Very Medoran Kaldoras is a short story set nine months after the end of Vardaesia and honestly it was one of the most beautiful and wholesome things I've ever read.

I had the most amazing time reading this, does it truly deserve a 5 star rating? Probably not. It's not essential to the series but it was exactly what I needed at the time and being back with these characters who mean so much to me was the best Christmas present.

The ending of this story left off on an unexpected cliffhanger that has me filled with fresh hope that we will be getting more books set in this world and I can't wait.

AHHH!!!! I absolutely LOVED this charming novella!
I adored seeing Alex and Kaiden together (they are literally one of my favourite couples EVER), and their sweet moment with the gifts was so cute!
Loved seeing all the familiar faces, and Blake's actions were so adorable!
But... WHAT??!! What is that ending? Is that who I think it is? This definitely means a sequel of some sort... WHEN IS IT COMING???

This was everything.
But
My heart is broken! Because now I am reminded of how much I miss this series and the beautiful characters! Alex and Kaiden... I have no words. Kaldoras with everyone, EVERYONE, was the most wholesome thing ever. I squealed and laughed the whole way through. Amazing.

I haven't read the The Medoran Chronicles so I'm not familiar with all the characters, but just reading this small sniped makes me want to read the series - hopefully I will next year. Alex seems like an interesting character and Kaiden sounds like a hottie.

There are a lot of references to thinks that happened in the book that I am excited for, like those small memories and the relationships - one sounded like an enemies to lovers? So I'm interested in that, too.

And what's with the cliff hanger? Omg, even I want to know who it was.

I'm surprised there was a cliff hanger since this is a short story for readers to find out what's happens after, so I'm really surprised.

This was so good!! I must say u Definately have to have read all the books in the medoran chronicles and especially vardaesia the last book as this novella takes place 9 months after the end of vardaesia!! I loved spending klardoras with all the characters and seeing some new things happen wink wink!!! And excuse me that ending lynette has warned us wot happens but wow!! Now to surmise what or who!!!

This started so beautifully! Kaiden and Alex are together which is what I have been wanting since book one. But that ending?!?!?! Excuse me, but you cannot end a short story like that?!?!? Lynette is a mix of the Grinch and Scrooge! Who was in the painting? And if Aven wasn't there, where is he?
