Quite Moments for Busy Days by Donna K. Maltese

is a new book by Barbour Publishing.

Everyday we produce wagons of thoughts; someone tried to count them; and eeek the number is impressively big: 50.000!!

These thoughts elaborated everyday by women sometimes are incredibly pessimistics and negative.

Seeing life in a pessimistic view, is sometimes pretty simple considering also the times that we are living in, not just plenty of uncertainty, but also surrounded by invisible enemies, as a virus can be, racial problems and more.

We musn't think our existence negatively: but...How can we change this perspective? Who can help us? There is no doubt: the word of God and... Barbour! With this new guide, that you can bring everywhere! Thanks to this book you will surely receive the best help.

In this book, you will find the most beautiful and suggestive Bible Verses; you can meditate the Word; then, there is a little explanation and more uplifting words. They're for all necessities and occasions. For our creativity, for our success, for our personal goodness, for truth, strenght, love, Peace, Joy...

Absolutely for every woman! for staying positive and for bettering ourselves! with God's presence in our existence.

Highly recommended.

I thank NetGalley and Barbour Pulishing for this ebook.

Ladies! God’s Truth is so powerful and has the power to transform each and every one of us. Yet, so many times, the voices and actions of others robs us, or stunts us of joy, peace, and growth. We ended up trading truths for lies or telling ourselves narratives about ourselves that are simply not true. This devotional is not a fix-all or cure-all, only Jesus and His power can claim that. However, Quiet Moments for Busy Days can a powerful tool in our arsenal to take back our thought life and the words we speak to ourselves throughout the day. Each entry is short and easy to digest, but do not confuse this with weak or watered-down. Each entry packs a powerful punch and provides essential truths to sustain our hearts and minds, regardless if you are new to faith or weathered through life’s experiences.

Quiet Moments for Busy Days is a devotional for busy women of all ages by author Donna K Maltese.

In Quiet Moments for Busy Days, the reader will find 180 positive devotions with Bible passages from different translations.

Did this devotional meet my expectations? Yes! I found I could read a piece of scripture plus devotion in less than five minutes and ponder them throughout the day. The devotions are great to read anytime: during the day or just before bed.

I recommend Quiet Moments for Busy Days to women of faith. It would also make a great gift for busy women.

Normally I would say that Im not as busy as i think, but with everything going on im super busy so it was nice to take a moment whether in the morning or in the evening to read a passage from this book. it gave me a moment to sit and reflect on my day and think about things good and bad.and how i can maybe not react to things in certain ways..
I know it sounds odd but this book was very helpful when i needed it the most making adjustments to my daily life with the crazy events happening.
you may think what will i take away after reading this book, and that is an answer that i cannot tell you because everyone will experience it differently but it is a book worth reading.
