Dolphin Diaries is an exciting new series that explores all aspects of dolphins' relationships with mankind.

Jody McGrath and her family are sailing around the world researching dolphins, and Jody records all their exciting adventures in her Dolphin Diaries.

In the series' fourth book, Jody is at Dolphin Haven in the Bahamas, where dolphins Bella, Misty, and Evie are about to give birth. Everyone is excited, but also worried. In the past, Evie's calves have died, and this may be her last chance to become a mother.

Misty's and Evie's calves survive, but Bella's calf does not.
Although the crew is saddened over the stillborn calf, they still rejoice in the two new dolphins.

About the author

Ben M. Baglio created the brief for two series of children's books - Dolphin Diaries and Animal Ark. Dolphin Diaries features a girl and her family from Florida, who travel around the world as marine biologists and study dolphins. Animal Ark features two children who work together to help animals and solve animal-related mysteries. The books were written by commissioned writers in the UK under Baglio's instruction using the pseudonym Lucy Daniels. Each ghostwriter is named with a 'Special Thanks' on the copyright page.

Using his real name he also wrote the book series The Pet Finders Club, featuring a group of three children who search for peoples lost pets.

The book I been reading Is “Dolphin Diaries.”
By Ben M. Baglio it’s about…. A sceniceist who
takes it family to Dolphin Heaven. But on there
way there a VERY bad storm come!
Do they make it your probably wondering.
Well….. They DID make it! Just as Dolphin
Heaven was opening. Soon as they got there
they find out there was 3 dolphins that
were pregented! 1 of the dolphins named
Bella, 2nd one was named Evie, the 3nd
One is Misty. One of the scienceist daughter
Jody want Evie to have her calve because
Evie hade server miscrages. But this time
She haves the baby a health one at that!
Jody was so happy so she write it in her
Diarie. And that’s way she made dolphin
Diaries!

Another really good series of books by Lucy Daniels, I was completely in love with these books when I was younger. This series I particularly likes as it was Dolphin based ands they used to be my favourite animal when I was younger.

If you like animals you cannot help but love these books when you are a child.

While I still really liked the book, because of all the nostalgia, I definitely didn't think it was as good as the previous ones. Quite interesting, cause this part is all about birth ;) I can only swoon at the covers though, those are always amazing.
