The first two stories tell about the results of a cowboy bachelor auction in Vegas and the resulting fun. The last two are about four friends who decide they will get together in 10 years. They're all heading off to different parts of military service. The stories here tell about their reunion, and how long-time and maybe hidden feelings emerge for happily ever afters.
Aside from some typos that seemed to get worse toward the end of the book, this was a fun set of stories.
Overall the stories are decent, though the heroine in the second cowboy one annoyed me I think the forgiveness she got was too easy. However, while the first story must have gotten at least a little editing, the other three were a mess. If you don't mind inconsistent tenses, missing or extra words, or wrong words, then this book isn't a bad way to spend your time. Otherwise, I recommend skipping. I'm not likely to read anything else by this author.
This was a series of four books, all which were delightful! And the best part is the books are all related to one another. They are romantic, funny, and provocative. You really get to know the people and how it relates to the same rodeo. Personally,I really enjoyed this book, and think you will too!
I don't usually recommend Western stories but these two I am happy to. There are four good stories in this book! The Operation X. M. A. S is why I got this so I got lucky with the other two!
Not to awful bad but from the blurb I thought is would be better. Not sure if books 3 and 4 are earlier books or not but they had so many errors in them it was somewhat confusing. If not you might want to get a new proofreader, just saying.
