You Ridin' or What? 2: A Dade County Love Story
Now that the introductions for these characters are over, ask yourself are you willing to ride for your partner like Quannie did? For most of us, I’m pretty sure the answer to that question is no. With the amount of time that Quannie served behind bars, you would think that Canard would have been worshipping the ground she walked on for the rest of her life because, after all, he owes her.
After reading about Canard and finding out the type of evil person he is, we can all agree that Quannie and Canard will never get that happily ever after, like Remy Ma and her husband, Papoose. That’s fine because there’s someone else in the picture, and that someone is Rocko. He’s the perfect man for Quannie. He’s everything that Canard isn’t. The thing is, are Quannie and Rocko ready? Honestly, they both come with much baggage. They both have issues that need to be addressed before they decide to get into a relationship.
After spending eight years behind bars for a man who didn’t mean her any good, it’s only fair for Quannie to get a beautiful happily ever after. Also, not just partial custody of her children but full custody. She deserves it!

Good but not great
So I’ve been following the author for a while. Unfortunately I’ve now seen her follow into the norm with no variety in her series. Every series is becoming the same and it is getting really old. This series is just like the other and shows no growth or variety in her work. I can tell you what’s going to happen next. Also the errors. Leo has to do better as a major publisher in providing QUALITY editors for his authors even as they become publishers under him.

I liked this installment, but I feel like this series is about to be stretched out longer than need be with some of these things that are arising, and some I'm already predicting. At any rate, I usually enjoy this author's imagination, so I'll be finishing up the series in a couple of days at most.

Thing's Had Just Gotten Real
Canard is just dumb as hell. I mean a for real selfish dude. How he's treated Quannie is trifling when he's the one who was disloyal and weak. Then his silly ass wife Jerika is just as dumb. I knew it was something sneaky and scandalous about Symone. Too bad Quannie didn't take heed to Rocko warnings. With finding out Symone is a fraud to dealing with Canard doing the unthinkable to CJ. I hope Quannie don't find herself back in prison or get caught slipping because of someone revenge. Rocko had a Peaceful run in the street's but someone wants what he has which in turned has started a war. Danaisha drinking had caused her many of problems but now the secret she was holding for two year's is out. When she couldn't handle the truth of everybody calling her out on her bs. She ended up drinking again and this time she ended up putting herself in a even more dangerous situation. Her mouth allowed her to fall victim. Jahquil finally found out the truth from Danaisha and was pissed off. She was called every name but the child of God. He's trying to balance fatherhood, Kyeisha, and his business with Rocko. That may not be easy when there is someone who wants their spot. I'm looking forward for part three. I hope like hell Canard get what he's deserve and Symone too. I hope Quannie don't end up back in prison or caught up in the war that is going on.

From beginning to the end this book was on fire. Quannie said she was tired of Rocko playing with her, Jahquil and Kyesha just can't get it together because of the lying drunk Naisha and now Cody has come in playing games but with the wrong ones. I can't even describe how shady and jealous Canard and Symone are but with a friend like Symone who need a damn enemy. I don't know why I thought Canard would change but hell he got worse mainly at the end. Quannie take those pictures so you can show the judge. Him and Jerika deserves to be together because they're both bitter and stupid. I can't wait until part 3 drops because a lot is about to go down with the characters. I don't even know you if I feel sorry for Danaisha but I hope she can see how happy Jahquil is with Ky.
Congratulations on another banger and while amazon be holding these books hostage they need to update on these stars because this is passed a 5 Star banger.

Just keeps getting better
When I tell you this series just keeps getting better. You BETTER believe it!!!! I knew Symone couldn’t be trusted and I hope she get caught before something to crazy happens. Conrad is a coward how can you not your own flesh in blood son for sticking up for his mom because you think it’s okay to bad mouth her this is the same women who sat in jail for 8 years for a charge she didn’t do then you give her false hope and when she gets out you back flip on your promise it goes to show you can’t trust people anymore these days I know Quannie wish she could do things over but when they were younger and he were showing her his true colors she should of left then but I get that love makes you do some crazy stuff but not in this case to risk your freedom or happiness for someone you is a piece of crap. I’m glad Rocko and Quannie are together he uplifts her and he is what she needs. Ky and Jahil hopefully they can get it together before their unborn child is born I like them both together hopefully their love will stand to the rest of time

Great Read
Picked up right where the last installment left off with drama and more drama. Still enjoying the storyline, plot and these characters. Held my attention from beginning to end and what a ending. Rocko and Aquarndra vibe is so contagious and love what they're building together. I knew Symone, was grimy, jealous and not a real friend but a snake. Canard, has done the unthinkable in more ways than one...murder, abuse and I can't wait for karma to handle him. The Danaisha, Jahquil and Kyeisha triangle is still revolving, still can't wait to see how it all unfolds. After that ending, I know it's going to be straight mayhem in the next installment. Great job Diamond Johnson.

It's no reason why Canard should even be talking mess about they momma to other people and not think they'll have something to say, like Quannie said he's a coward for putting his hands on that boy. I'm sooooooooo ready for Canard to get handled, it's sad that he had to take Brody life because he was speaking nothing but the truth and he couldn't take it. I knew Danaisha meeting Cody was going to be ALL bad but I do hope she pull through. Wonder what Rocko and Quil had to go to Mexico for 🤔. Canard is lower than scum but he Karma is going to have the last laugh.Kyeisha she met her match with Jahquil for a minute Im glad she didn’t let Rocko twin run her off for good. They make a good couple. Rocko too much happening at once I just hope that in the end both him and Quannie can withstand.i knew Symone was a hater this heffa has no loyalty I knew so thing was gone happen where Quannie had to put their friendship on the line. But I’m glad it was Symone steaming and not trying to sleep with Rocko. Cause I would hate for Quannie to kill her messing with her man

Cody deserves whatever Rocko and Jahquil do to him because he's a coward. How do you say you wish your child and his mother would have caught a bullet, there's no excuse! I can't wait until Canard ends up in jail because that's definitely where he belongs after everything he's done trying to hurt Aquandra. Symone will never have anything good happen in her life because she's done Quannie bad with her business when she was only trying to help her. Whew the drama continues!!! Somebody gotta win out of these characters. I am definitely rooting for a bigggg happy ending. Quannie deserves it the most, she has endured enough. There is no telling what happened to her in prison and now she going through so much on the outside. Now Rocko and Jahquil are really going thru it but something tells me that some smoke in the city is about to happen. Ky is sooo strong willed and I love that but her pregnancy is showing a different side of her and I love that as well. The saying keep enemies close but friends closer is ringing true for Quannie and I won't talk about the Brody situation!!! Part 3 need to hurry and come out!!!

Why didn’t I wait until part 3 was put before reading part 2! I am always on the edge of my seat with Miss Diamond Johnson! I am anxious to see how it all plays out. Quil and K having a baby and raising Jahlea is a possibility. If Naisha survives will this be what gets her back on track? Quanie and Rocko are just what each other needs and I want to see them rock it out. What will happen to Canard now that he hurt CJ? Symone messed up!

Let me start off by saying Canard is a freakin’ idiot. I really believe dude has some mental issues. Smh. Second, I hope Quannie beats the breaks off of Symone. Third, Kyeisha needs to chill before she runs off this good man. She’s just too much for me. And lastly, Rocky needs to tie up these loose ends FAST! I hate the tension between him and Quannie. Quannie has worked so hard since she’s been home, I hope things work out for her.

Don't do it Quannie!!
Quannie is doing what any real mother would do and that's protect their babies. I think she should call the pigs just so it can go in her favorite even more when they go to court. Even though Danaisha or whatever is so evil she shouldn't die hopefully she make it through.

Don't read the bad reviews
I almost passed this book up due to the reviews. This is such a good read. I'm pretty much betting Ruiz is aqu father. I should of known symone was a lazy triphlen hoe. I hope canard, Cody, symone and her baby daddy get it. Ms Johnson you did this. I'm about to read book 3. Once again good book
