When hunger drives Lisa the mouse out into the alley to find food for herself and her sister Hannah, trouble strikes in the form of a big angry cat. Lisa runs away and gets lost, only to be comforted and assisted by a strange looking creature she's never seen before. She's afraid, but she needs help, and so accepts the creature's kindness. Turns out, the cat's no so bad either!

A Rat's Tale is a sweet yet cautionary tale about the dangers of judging by appearances.
