Nothing new here yet still good

I have read a plethora of books on the subject, and this one came very highly recommended. It has a succinct way of delivering the message and if you haven’t read a bunch of other books on this topic you will learn quite a bit in a short amount of time. Her advice is sound whether you’re in a U.S. court or not- her POV is Scottish, but I don’t think that changes the message or advice.

Spot On! Read this before you start Litigation

Only wish I had read this sooner. Still supportive material and information late in the process, after more than a decade. Highly recommend this for anyone beginning, or in the middle of family court process with a true narcissist. Contains useful tactical guidance, which was my priority purpose for the purchase of this book. It also provides a feeling of emotional or mental support as narcissistic ex’s behavior in court is described to a level that you never imagined could parallel with your reality (when your reality just doesn’t seem “normal”). It’s very validating in that aspect.

Some good tips on dealing with a narcissist but I don’t find it particularly helpful when it comes to the court. In the end it’s never about the best interest of the children.
