Hiro Mashima (Jap: 真島ヒロ) is a Japanese manga artist.
He gained success with his first serial Rave, published in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine from 1999 to 2005. His best-selling work, Fairy Tail, published in the same magazine from 2006 to 2017, became one of the best-selling manga series with over 72 million copies in print. Mashima began the currently ongoing Edens Zero in 2018.
Fairy Tail won the Kodansha Manga Award for shōnen manga in 2009, and Mashima was given the Harvey Awards International Spotlight award in 2017 and the Fauve Special Award at the 2018 Angoulême International Comics Festival.

On verra !
ENG I'm going to talk about volume 56 to 63; no spoilers don't worry ! Some scenes (especially in the 56) just ENERVOUS me, and I really couldn't stand it, I had to take a mini-break ! I must admit that the last two volumes were very good; we saw/re-saw certain characters. Quite a few fairly predictable things, but that's okay ! I'm pretty "frustrated" because I didn't get everything I wanted, but other than that I'm pretty happy with the end. I will not speak of the eternal "fan-service", that, I just can't take it anymore !!!! I know there is technically a sequel, I still hesitate to dive into it, at least for the moment ! We'll see ! A page turns, a book closes; it was a nice read.

The guild is under attack and Fairy Tail Heart s at risk. All the members and their allies converge on the guild in what definitely looks to be the biggest uphill battle of their lives. It’s going to take every last ounce of energy left to try and get to those doors.
I really enjoyed this one a lot but idk if it’s my current reading mood or what but I feel like this last battle has been stretched out longer than it should have been. Hopefully the last few volumes wrap it up nicely to the point where I really enjoy it.
As the battle rages on...the fan service is ever apparent as Hiro Mashima is going to close out his epic series with all the things that make Fairy Tail such a successful series! The story is so filled with true tension (which I like) that we just aren't sure all of the Fairy Tail guild will see the next sunrise...which is a comment I had been saying all series (that the series is a safe one with low risk of the good guys suffering any true loss). In a sudden turn of events...Gray vs. Juvia goes down in this volume too!!! What more could you be asking for from a single volume?
Okay, the Juvia/Gray fight was devastating. (Though I get the criticisms of Mashima not being able to kill anyone off for real now, as both Gajeel and Juvia felt like copouts.) Also I wish Mira would have put up a better fight.
It was wonderful to see Gildarts show up and now Gray knows who END is.

It's finally out. END. I waited for the moment for so long and now will have to wait more to see it in action.
This volume has been amazing. I mean it is kinda getting old that everyone dies and comes back it almost dies and then does not but but... It gets me first time because idk if they will be alive.
Look Mashima, if you're going to make Juvia die and Gray cry in chapter 499, at least extend the suffering and feels. I know Juvia doesn't actually die, since honestly no one in Fairy Tail dies, but she's healed in chapter 500? Not even 1 chapter? And Gray's fight was short too.
