I almost took her innocence the first time. She was right on the edge, about to lose it all to me. But we were caught, and I was expelled soon after. Now, I’m back, and I won’t stop until I ruin her in the most delicious way possible. She doesn’t stand a chance.
He hated me and I hated him.
That was the way it should have stayed. But his wicked games came into play. And I fell.
The was no net to catch me. My knees buckled as my feet slammed into the bitter concrete below. I should never have loved him. But now, it was too late.
Now, he was my hate lover.
Hate Lover is an enemies-to-lovers bully romance containing mature themes and violence. It is intended for adult readers.
Apollo has a hard time expressing his emotions. He really likes Georgia but shows it in ways that turns her away. The more she rejects him the harder he pushes. He is relentless with the bullying. He sneaks in her room, messes with her emotions, gives her a bad rep. She finds it hard to resist him but the bullying turns her off. Suddenly she decides to go with it. She sees a different side of him. The story was ok. There was a quick turn from hate to love which was hard to follow.

One of the most absurd bully books I have ever read. Characters acting unnatural and ridiculously without an ounce of reasonability or logic. Am I to believe anything that happens in this book?
Main heroine has temper and smarts of wet doormat, bordering on psychological deficiency, while main hero is half a step away from psychotic rapist. Who is supposed to root for this couple? Especially with 90% of the story consisting of inner musings of said doormat. Barely anything happens, if you discount walking, showering and other mundane things that are described in great detail. Where was the love supposed to come in? Ffs ,what love would be a better question. I suffered needlessly through this nightmare just to find out it ends in the same absurd manner. Not worth reading.
There is one positive thing about it though-in paperback format it may make a good kindle for fireplace. It is worth exactly that.
This book is 90% inner monologue!!! The author tells us the story instead of shows us. There so many inconsistencies and ramblings it’s ridiculous!! We read about Georgia taking a shower for 6 pages!!! I mean WTH who cares we’ve all taken a shower I think we know how it’s done. Cora was a straight up nasty friend I thought and Georgia was a self centered brat! Apollo didn’t seem that bad he was actually the only character I did like.
Kudos to the author for putting your work out there but I think you need time to get better and maybe some beta readers and an editor that can actually edit.
This book was very addictive! It was the first book I have read by author Bella King and I absolutely loved it! It was an enemies to lovers bully romance. Apollo could have and has had every available female at Winterlake Prep. He sets his sights on Georgia. Georgia was immuned to Apollo's charms and pick-up lines. Apollo made it difficult for her by spreading rumors about her because she refused to submit to him. She absolutely hated him...until she didn't. I highly recommend this book!
Georgia almost lost her innocence to Apollo last year, but her best friend caught them before it happened and then he was expelled from school soon after that. Now Apollo is back and more than determined as ever to have Georgia or ruin her reputation if she resists him. This is a great read, could use a little polishing in the grammar department, but I still highly recommend it as a must read.
This was a good story, but seemed a little rushed in many places. It had a good premise and many good areas. The Characters were good also, but in some area seemed to change a little too quickly with their emotions - maybe a little more depth in story would explain the quick flip from hate to love. Good read anyway.

There's a really fine line between hate and love and this story is the perfect demonstration of the line between love and hate. This is a very hot hate love story!

It could have been good but it wasn't written very well. It felt rushed and the characters seemed younger then they were supposed to be. It wasn't bad... just not great.
Hate to lover bully romance fun to read! Georgia is so over appollo which she thought until that man walked back into her life the one that she almost made a mistake with, could she make one again?
