Twelve months ago I won a shot at love.
I didn’t want it back then. I wanted the money instead. So long as I didn’t fall in love, it was mine.
It was a fool proof plan. And I thought it was what I wanted.
But the line between what I want and what I need has only become more and more blurry as the months pass. Now I’m starting my final month of the year with the final bachelor in the Casanova Club: Camden Wood.
He’s cool and collected and significantly older than me. We have nothing in common and I feel like a bird trapped in his luxurious high rise in the middle of New York City. Christmas is all around us but it hasn’t touched his home. The end is finally here, and Piper is with Camden the last of the men bidding for a place in her heart. Camden is the most difficult of all the men because his heart is guarded. He has nothing to do with Christmas and focuses only on work. His time with Piper changes him giving him hope. She has to choose, and Camden asked her to promise him that she would. Of all the men she was with I liked Camden he spoke to me somehow and I hope that she will choose him. He is older and wiser has experienced life and thanks to Piper he is now in a better place. I voluntarily agreed to receive an ARC of this book for an honest review.

Wow! This month was definitely one of the hardest for Piper! I really enjoyed her time with Camden! I’m so glad they had one another for such a difficult month! I’m so happy that they had some happy moments and enjoyed their time together! Such a beautiful ending to such a long adventure! 🥰

I have not read a bad book from this author yet and this book is no exception! The great plot and character development kept me so engaged throughout the entire book that I had a very hard time putting this book down until the very last page was turned!

Just reading through the second chapter, I’m intrigued. First off, I like the uniqueness of his name. Second, he seems dark and mysterious (cue: the secret of him hating Christmastime) but he catches me off guard when he thinks about how Piper really caught his attention almost a year ago at the initial events. His interest in her shows that there could be a potential growth between them but of course he’s self-conscious about the fact that he’s last in the line up - but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it could work against him...
What triggered the sudden change in Camden’s attitude? The aggressiveness of Piper? If so, I’m glad it worked.
I don’t like how each time Camden and Piper have an eventful night, it only lasts a chapter. The tree lighting, the day of shopping, the office christmas party.... I wish we got to see more and tbh was hoping that the night of the office christmas party would have been more eventful.
I thought I would be but I’m not a fan of these “group get togethers”. I thought I would appreciate and be excited to see all the men whose story I’ve “lived” but it just makes me mad and sad from the current man’s POV. I love Camden thus far, maybe even more than any of the others and this craziness just takes time and love away from their potential relationship.
Ali did such an amazing job building each unique character; as Piper goes through the list of men grabbing her attention, it’s clear how distinct each man is and how true to their character they are in comparison to their own story.
Piper may only *hopefully* be picking one man at the end but it seems that she’s made a lasting impression on them - Levi getting clean, Aaron follows his true passion....
I’m so glad that everyone commented about the fact that she shouldn’t take the money: her mom, Christian (even though in a horrible way) and, in a more humble way, Camden.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the 13th book in the Casanova Club series. In this book, Piper is going to spend December with Camden in New York, so she will still be able to see her family. Camden is unsure if he wants to go through with the month with Piper, he thinks he doesn't have a chance with her because he is the last bachelor. The first week Piper is at Camden's he is avoiding her and working more. Camden has personal issues with Christmas and he hates the holidays. Piper doesn't think she will be able to spend the month alone in an empty apartment, so she goes to see Camden and tell him how she feels. Piper even gets Camden to decorate the house, even if he doesn't really want to. Piper and Camden start to become friends and Piper admits she is not looking forward to the Casanova Christmas party where she will see everyone again before she makes her decision. Camden starts to realize how Piper feels and he wants to help her through it. I really love this series. I think Piper is heartbroken and hates the thought of hurting anyone, but she also doesn't want to let her family down. It has been a very emotional year for Piper and i think she has to make an agonizing decision. This book did end on a cliff hanger and we don't know Piper's choice yet, but i can't wait to read the next book.

I was hoping that Piper would choose love in the end, and I think I know who Piper is going to choose. I think Piper was good for the last wealthy billionaire and he was good for her. He didn't put the pressure on her as the others did. He hated the very season that Piper loved but he had his reasons and he ended up telling Piper who helped him to free himself in that area and to accept being loved again. It may not be Piper but their is one thing he can say more than the others he helped her without asking anything in return. He didn't ask her to pick him or love him because they didn't have as much time as the others because of it being Christmas season. I can't wait to see who Piper picked I have had my favorites all along, but in the end I think I changed my mind and I think I know who she is going to choose. Ali Parker you are such a good writer. I can't wait for the last book in this series. I put in my order.

Camden doesn’t have good memories of Christmas, and now he has to play host to Piper while trying to avoid everything about the holiday season. Piper might as well be a Christmas elf; she takes her love of the holiday seriously. Can our plucky heroine break this Scrooge out of his shell without losing her heart in the process? I’m less certain about Piper, but I certainly couldn’t do it. Once again, I’ve gone and lost my heart to yet another one of the Casanova bachelors and their story has left me a sodden, weepy mess. There are parts of this story that are so unbelievably sweet and others that are so heart-breaking and tragic. It wasn’t the ending I was expecting, however, it gets us a step closed to the one I wanted. I don’t quite know what going to happen now. You are killing me!

Another roller coaster ride ahead
Piper, 2019's Casanova girl, is off to meet December’s bachelor Camden, the advisor Casanova. As the story progresses things get off to a rocky start, a dark secret is shared, and healing broken hearts becomes the theme. Ali Parker has given life to a wide cast of characters throughout this series forcing the reader to participate in this journey by drawing them in from the first word written in each book. I envy her ability to create such realistic and easily relatable scenarios. This was her final Casanova now we’ll just have to wait and see what choice Piper makes, the money or one of her Casanovas. I am still torn between Wyatt and Jeremiah and can’t wait for the final book.

Let me first just say... Oh thank goodness Piper came to her senses! What a heartbreakingly sensational story filled with Christmas spirit, friendship, family, healing, and self discovery. I really loved this new book in the Casanova Club series from Ali Parker. Camden is a self made CEO with a traumatic past and an aversion of all things Christmas. Piper and Camden begin the month of December at odds with each other but as both start to bring each other out of their shells and help each other, they form a friendship. This is a captivating story that will have readers laughing and in tears and unable to put it down with plot twists and wonderful characters readers will fall in love all over again. I am excited yet a little sadden for the release of the next and final book in the series.

Piper James struggling
More of the same but I'm so invested now. I have my favorite but will she have hers.
Each of the men are very similar, they all have their professions of course but personality wise they are pretty much the same. I liked this guy, he had more about him than the rest Piper makes some outlandish claims saying no one has ever made her feel so special but she must have a short memory because each of the men in their own way have gone above and beyond to be nice and thoughtful to piper and her needs.
Will she choose the money or the man...
She's earned it, I'd take the money at this point.
Definitely entertaining and worth a look,really enjoying this series but piper is a bit easy.
Ali Parker is a genius at a series, she hooks you and reels you in.

Surprise, but not totally unexpected.
Surprise by the not ending. Piper leads Camden through many phases/places as she tries to untangle him through the writers best words. She fails, loses, wins and goes through more convolutions than with any of the other suitors. It seems she pulls many loose threads together with Camden as December can be a great foil for ups and downs or sideways too. My only complaint is the ending.. the reality should have been tied into the last Paragraphs of the story, not dropped in a mini epilogue or what ever it was. Other than that Great twists an turns before the ending. Why not?

Casanova Club 13: Camden. I enjoyed this book! It kept me guessing what Piper will do, will she fall for Camden like the rest of the Casanova men or continue to want to take the money? Camden did some amazing things for Piper that had her falling in love with him. But he is the last man of the Club. So now it's time for the answer we have all been waiting for! Jackson asked Piper her decision. I am anticipating who she picks. The next book should be epic! Must read series! *** I voluntarily read a Review Copy of this book. Wow what an A$$hat...
I have been so wrapped up in these books that all I could do was give every One of them 5 Stars, they deserved much more but I was greedy. I had to get to the next book, like NOW.
I have to say this one was great too, but I did Not see "him" being such a jerk at the Christmas party. I had liked him. There were several I really liked and saw Piper with, but there was always that one I knew she should have ended up with, He was the 1. She went through so much. I'm glad she kept her promise.

I wasn’t sure what to think of Camden at first. He seemed different to the first book, and a bit of a jerk, so I expected to spend the whole book hating him. When he thaws out we learn more about why he hates Christmas, and with Pipers influence he becomes nicer and likeable. Their passion didn’t grab me as with other books, but I’m pleased as it wouldn’t seem plausible for Piper have searing passion with every guy. Loved seeing her moments with the other bachelors, and am impatiently waiting a month for the final book. Can’t wait.

This was well written has a great storyline and kept me turning the pages. Camden is the last bachelor and he is not looking forward to spending time with Piper. He doesn't like anything to do with Christmas and is a workaholic. Piper is going to have to decide on the money or one of the bachelors. I can't wait until the next book in the series. Piper arrives at the home of her final bachelor, Camden, to find him distant and a workaholic. He also hates anything Christmas and since it is December that is a challenge to avoid said holiday. When Piper finally has enough of his mood she finally sees through what is really bothering Camden about the holidays and begins to help him heal. He helps her too with the finale to her whirlwind year.
This series has been so good and the question is will Piper choose the money or the man? No spoilers. I can't wait for the next book to see what she decides.

Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful
Oh simply wonderful.
I've loved this series and although I had my heart set on Wyatt from the beginning and I've chopped and changed in between I simply love Camden. I know there's an age difference but it still can work and he's already told her he loves her.
Although I could be biased because I love the guy Maks who is the cover model.

Oh my God,what a way to leave us hanging with the last guy in this series. Did she choose who I think or was it someone else. Piper had the most amazing year but fell for a few guys and truth be told I think the last one was the that held the most impact. I hope we get one let book to see who she did choose. Absolutely loves this whole series. Bring us more like this one. I give it 5 stars. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book as an Advanced Reader's Copy.

I had to read it straight through couldn't put the book down. Come on now We've been reading The Casanova Series for 13 months now because this is the 13th book and Camden is the 12th Batchlor. At the end of the month she makes her choice one of the men or the check for a million dollars...

Bittersweet
Well the 12th Casanova was the most challenging and heart breaking. So much time wasted and yet he did the sweetest thing she could want. Can't wait to see who she chooses Wyatt, Levi or Max or maybe someone else.

Piper had her work cut out with this bachelor, Camden was withdrawn and didn't like christmas. I didn't sense a lot of chemistry between the two and with it being the last month as soon as this was over she has the biggest choice of her life to make.

The last bachelor Camden - this has to be one of the best books of the Series so far. Giving the emotional depth of both characters Camden and Piper. I did not want to put these book down until the last word and then when I finished it with baited breath, "No...I need the next book now!"
FYI tissues will be needed.
Camden was all about work and nothing about the holidays - Piper was just grateful to be on the last bachelor.
Piper tries to use her love of the holidays to give some joy to Camden and Camden just tries to give Piper some piece.

This book was so good! I couldn't put it down. But the ending! Totally unfair lol. I need to know which Casanova man Piper picked. The way Piper helped Camden in the month of December was fantastic. She made him see things so different them he use to. He also helped Piper. He helped her make the right decision in the end. But who did she choose. How long do we have to wait to find out who the lucky man is that won Piper's heart!

This is a must read! The way he shows her that there is more to what could be as well as she shows him more that could is amazing. You can see the change with them both with each page.

The last guy is up and Camden doesn't disappoint.. He gets the one month he didn't want December. The holidays bring him horrible memories and he doesn't want to bring Piper down. Piper tries hard to get Camden to open up and when he does she realizes there is more to this whole process. She has been able to help each guy in a different way.
When the end comes Camden asks Piper to promise him she will do the right thing and choose love not the money.
The book kind of ends with you thinking but if you truly read that last chapter I think you get the answer on who she picked.
