Raven Kennedy is a tea and dark chocolate kind of girl and can often be found binge-watching The Office or The Great British Baking Show.
She enjoys writing all kinds of books, because each one brings a different experience. Whatever the genre, she hopes she creates characters you can root for.
When she’s not reading or writing, she’s with her family, probably messing up a recipe or going on a hike that she thinks she can do, but in reality she can't because she remembers that all she does is sit at a computer all day and write her heart out.
You can connect with her on Facebook in Raven Kennedy's Reader Group, as well as @ravenkennedybooks on Instagram.
Best book in the series!I discovered Coralee June and Raven Kennedy this year and I fell in love with their books! This entire series are perfect!I adored all the characters so much!
Luis is now my new favorite man, serious he is sexy, fun, sweet, protective and so swoon worthy!Royal is fantastic too, I liked her a lot and she couldn't find a better man than Luis!I loved that he was younger than her, yet they were perfect for each other! They were so hot, flirty, fun and sexy together!
If you are looking for a fast paced, sexy read with a hero that will make you melt and swooning this is the best!!
Wild is a forbidden romance between Royal (Godfrey’s older sister) and Luis. Basically Royal is the older woman who Luis has always had a crush on. Even though the romance is forbidden and tense, it’s also slow burn. But with good reason. Royal has a TON on her plate. All of it being force fed to her by her stuck up family, and a perverted doctor from her past. She’s trying to manage things all on her own, and pushing away Luis and the other Heirs. Even though she’s strong, there’s just too much going on and she’s sinking. Andddd that’s all I’m going to say. I don’t want to spoil too much of the story. Just know it’s tense. It’s creepy. It’s slow burn, but oh so good.
Plus we get a hint at the end at what comes next for the final Heir. Loved Wild and can’t wait to read more of this series!
I LOVE this series, and I've been dying for Luis' story. And knowing that this was his story with Royal- I just knew it would be epic. and it was- so much intensity and so much emotion. I think this is the most emotional of the series- which is saying a lot. SO much drama, the usual Heirs posturing and games, and of course, lots of danger and suspense. Luis and Royal are beautiful together. Captivating and consuming in every way.
one of my favorite series- hoping one day we'll get the final book!
I’m not sure that I can properly express how much I adore The Heirs. I don’t ever want to leave this crazy world that these authors have created. Wild is no different, the drama is intense and the egos are sky high.
Royal Taylor is a lot of things, but broken seems to be the boldest of them all for a good chunk of this story. She’s trampled on, down trodden and a hot mess. Her head and heart are constantly at war as she battles against the expectations that are constantly whipped at her. Honestly, her story was heartbreaking. She doesn’t have the inner-strength or resolve like Rachel or Scarlet. She’s spent her entire life being bullied, belittled and snuffed out. It takes real time for her to let her wild out again, to embrace the person she’s meant to be. Good thing she has a breathtaking heir to pull her out of her shell and set her soul on fire.
Luis is perfection. He’s loyal, protective, nurturing, confident, strong and completely certain of what he wants in life. What he does wants more than anything is Royal, he always has. Watching him unravel for her is both beautiful and breathtaking. He couldn’t really get any hotter. The dirty talk, the alpha-ness... Luis is straight fire.
If you know me at all, you know that Godfrey hung the moon for me. This story made me love him even more, we see him a LOT and it’s so easy to love him more and more with every brave and selfless choice he makes. He shines, even in this book about his best friend and sister. But my favorite heir? The one who sets MY soul on fire and makes my heart race? Bonham. We get to see dark Bon-Bon in this book and it is just everything I want and need in my life. I can not wait for his book. The little Easter eggs that the authors leave about his story throughout this book are nothing short of delectable.
This is another great addition to one of my favorite series of stand-alone novels. The writing is wondrous, the plot is perfection, the characters are complex, the drama is delicious and my heart is happy with every single second of this salacious story.
Absolutely phenomenal! CoraLee and Raven have done an incredible job on this series. Royal and Luis' love story is interesting. Royal is wild and fun. Luis is sweet and kind. Godfrey is Royal's brother. Relationships with a heir is complicated but two heirs. Can Godfrey and Luis' friendship survive and not hurt Royal's relationship with her brother? Lots of drama, blackmail, heartache, lies and secrets cause a lot of problems and pressure for Royal. •••••• I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book/series! •••••• ~~ I have Kindle Unlimited, and I used that service to read this book. ~~
I’m torn because Luis is excellent but Royal is pathetic. I’m sorry to say it, but she’s 24 and relying on 18 year olds not only to clean up her mess but for emotional support to. Where are her friends? Where is her life?
I don’t mind age gaps but it was just sad to me that for someone of that age she had very little to show for herself but I guess that was the point. A good read. Far fetched as per usual and I hope Bonham’s story will be a little more entertaining and we will get a girl with a bit mod personality.
Loved coming back into this series of standalones. I have loved all these characters. Their backstories are sad but also amazing because they all show their strength and resilience.
I loved that Luis didn't give up where Royal was concerned. I liked seeing the interaction with the previous characters (especially 41or 43 whatever his current number is. I really need him to get a story too!) Looking forward to the next Heir to get his story.
I enjoyed this story. It pulled me in from beginning to end and it definitely deals with some heavier topics. Royal has been forced to do things that she hasn't wanted to by her family, primarily her father, who was abusive and is now dead. Instead of getting to be free though, her grandfather steps in and decides he's staying in town and changing the rules for her trust fund. Her grandfather is just like her father. On top of that, things went south in Ecuador and she had a doctor try and blackmail her and force himself on her, while blaming her for killing a patient. Luis has had a major crush on Royal for years. He knows she is the one for him and now that he is 18 and she is back in town, he is making his move, even though it is his best friends sister. I loved getting to see this one come full circle in this last book of the series. I would recommend reading them as they do all deal with the same close circle of friends, the Heirs, and what happens in past books gives you the background for what they are capable of and are willing to do in this one. This story is on the darker side and Luis is also dealing with his mother's addiction while trying to get Royal to give him a true shot. The story had my attention the entire time and was a good ending for the series for the most part. I do wish that we had gotten the last Heir's story, Bonham though.
Alright I’ve been sitting on this for days and you know what the book was good. I was enjoying it but it felt so rushed and predictable to me. Their was no suspense! Nothing and let’s not talk about that ending. What the hell was that all about. They kill the stalker and she tells her family she’s done with them and they walk out the door!! Yeah her and Luis are together but there was no closure, no epilogue, and no time with them being a real couple. I think they did this book a disservice like they didn’t really want to write it but did it because it was expected and then they didn’t give the last Heir a book and especially after they teased that her was talking to a girl. I just think you shouldn’t start something if you’re not completely committed to the characters and the readers to see it all the way through but that’s just my opinion.
What if she is older? What if he's bolder? What if they both have a crush on each other? It does not really matter, because their love story has been building through the years. She has secrets, and he has commitments that are keeping them apart. Still somehow, they have managed to love each other through the years and the distance.
He's the younger guy who fell in love with his best friend's older sister, and she's the girl who is being controlled by her family, he reputation and her boss. Throw in the fact that she did something tragic that could ruin her life, and you habe o e amazing dark love story!
Royal and Luis are the best couple! Their chemistry is on fire!! I was so glad when Royal gave in and leaned on the heirs for support. I got that she wanted to fix it on her own but the heirs have better connections. Though it is sometimes hard to remember they are only 18 🙈 Luis was great in that when Royal pushed him away he didn’t go. He knew her on a deeper level and knew something wasn’t quite right. I love the loyalty within the group and the security that they will do anything for each other. Forty Four was also a fab new character he’s so wild but so enjoyable to read!

Forbidden love story's are always so damn good, and wild was one hot read. Luis and royal together are explosive but not at all in bad way. They honestly truly complete each other. Aaron is one sick guy I couldn't stand him. And the grandfather just disgust me. Along with the mother. Royal has been put through the ringer her whole life. She deserves a good guy and Luis is just that. Now I can't wait for bonhan he needs a book asap.
I really enjoyed the first two books in this series, and enjoyed most of this book. However, I’m very disappointed with how this series ended. I really think we should have gotten a 4th book for Bonham, and more of an ending for all of the couples. I loved Luis so much in this and how strong he is. Royal was ok, but I got annoyed by her a lot. I know the authors unpublished this series so I’m glad I got to read it, but wish I got more.
All 3 of these books had me hooked! I had a hard time putting them down, always wanting to know what would happen next. But….now I want to know Bonham’s story. This book eluded to him having a “friend,” so I feel like it was set up to make a 4th! Where is the 4th?!? He deserves a happy ending, too!
I really like this series but I am very disappointed because the last book in the series “Void” is not available. The title comes up with the CoraLee and Raven’s name, but it’s not about this series. Very disappointing
Absolutely loved this book!! I’m gutted it’s the last one though! I was really hoping Bonham was going to get one too and him not getting one is really sad. Also would have liked 44 to get a book too!! :)
In love with your brother's best friend, a whole lot of drama and steaminess? Count me in! Really liked the first two reads and it was great to see that the third book did not lose me attention or its thrill.
Sad to see that this is the last book in the series! I was hooked from the very first book and loved the rollercoaster ride. Royal was frustrating at times but her and Luis together was 🔥
Royal and Luis. Royal is Godfrey’s sister. I enjoyed this book and series. I am glad I was able to read it before it was unpublished. I am sad that Bonham did not end up with his own book. I had many unanswered questions about him.
By far the best writen book of this series. As the coauthors continue on in the series they get better and better. I can't wait for Bonham's story next.
