Restructuring an entire government is exhausting work. But despite an agenda of rest and relaxation, Souma's day off with the girls provides anything but: rebelling retainers, natural disasters, and the threat of war all await. Can Souma keep up without succumbing to the stress?
The first volume was all about balancing the national budget. In this volume, it's about turning the surplus from the kingdom's austerity measures into infrastructure projects. This manga turns bureaucratic wizardry into a compelling read. Even a fantasy world has problems one could find in our mundane modern world.
Such a different take on the Isekai genre, its rather enjoyable. The world building is really interesting to see in a different manor along with some more interesting characters coming to the front. Looking forward to the next volume
