Great, simple book and idea: Identity
I really enjoyed the ideas and exercises, simple and useful. After reading Atomic Habits by James Clear, it’s clear that identity plays a massive part in how we live. In order to have a better life, shifting identity is key, and Rock’s book is a useful tool among many that can help with that shift. Would recommend!
