I am a playwright and small business owner from New Jersey. After working as a script coordinator for a TV procedural, I was encouraged to start writing my own mysteries and discovered that I love cozies.

I have degrees in Theatre and Psychology, and an MFA in "Writing for the Screen + Stage." For hobbies I enjoy reading, playing board games, performing in children's theater, and frolicking with my rescue puppy Phoebe.

A friend of Lydia’s goes missing and it is all hands on deck in a rush to find her. This was a book I couldn’t put down, waiting to see if her friend would be found alive. This is a wonderful cozy!

This was my favorite book of the series so far. When a man is killed and Suzanne goes missing, Leo is too distraught to properly handle the case and doesn't mind that Lydia is trying to solve it. Everyone that works for Lydia, as well as Daniel and Trina, help. There were several suspects but I had the culprit figured out in this story. One thing that made this book better was there was no mention of Amber.

For once Leo invites Lydia to investigate a murder. Of course it could be just that his girlfriend Suzanne was kidnapped during the murder but it’s still an invite, right? As they race to try to find the abductor they can only hope he hadn’t murdered again.

Another great addition to a series that keeps getting better and better!

Nobody wants the house

Speakeasy they say we’re fun but I am to young for them. But the owner of this one was weird. Great Characters and Lydia figured it out again. I had a hunch and was close but did not get it all. Not only is this series good but I am learning new things.

Lydia is on the hunt for a friend when she gets a panicky phone call from her. Clues stand out and she is off to solve the mystery.

Another great read and love the gang at the taffy shop.

Quite interesting

I enjoyed this one pretty much. I figured out who the killer was before it was revealed but just hadn't figured out the motive. Looking forward to book 10.

Great read

Another enjoyable mystery. I still didn't guess who the bad guy was, but, hey, that's part of the fun, too. 😁
