Rate this book
Travis and Sherry are two sailors assigned to the same workstation. They've never been introduced, but something connects them. Strange events occur whenever they are near one another, and sparks fly when their eyes meet. There are people within their chain of command watching everything. Their relationships are suspect. Even their parents might not be who they think.

Their bond is as inescapable as it is inexplicable. Have they met before? Why have they forgotten so much?
Follow Travis and Sherry on a journey of discovery, where every thought is heard, every person harbors secrets, and nothing is at is seems. Their undeniable attraction is only one part of their shared mystery.

The government wants them back in a laboratory, but they have other plans.

Honestly, when I read this book, I found myself missing Night Zero from Rob. However, to be fair this book was awesome in its own respect. I always find myself enjoying supernatural stories and this one is no exception. Below the supernatural and paranormal stuff is a steamy government NWO plot that you just have to read if you want to know. Another great book by Rob! I look forward to the next.

I generally shy away from books with a sci-fi element as a part of the storyline. I'm glad I decided to give this a try because the sci-fi portions didn't seem to overwhelm the story. As a matter of fact, the sci-fi element was so masterfully weaved into the overall story that by the time it became evident that there was some sort of supernatural play at work, I was totally engrossed in the characters. I just HAD to see what came next. This is a definite page turner!

At it's core, it is a secret government coverup that traces back to the moon landings. But at it's heart, its a story about two people who were thrown together under very unusual circumstances. They are genetically linked, the result of an experiment that could potentially change human existence as they know it. Travis and Sherry are drawn to each other. They don't know why, they don't know how, but together, they will try to find the answers.

No spoilers here as I believe that you'll have more fun discovering the powerful answers right along side Travis and Sherry. That being said, this is a terrific novel. It has twists and turns that will make you think... and perhaps even scare you when you realize just how little it takes to lose control of everything you've ever known... or what you THINK you know.

He’s donemit again

Rob Horner is becoming a master at the writing game. I wasn’t sure if I was going to like this, but from page one, I couldn’t put it down. A thrilling blend and loved the sci-fi aspect of it and the romantic game...Not a big fan of government reads but Rob worked them in seamlessly and intertwined them into a smashing novel. I wish I could write half as good...someday perhaps, but until then, I will leave it the author's very capable hands.

A-MAZ-ING!!!!!

Love love love this author. Every book is a non stop thrill ride that both challenges conventional thinking and expands your mind and soul while painting a beautiful but chaotic and action packed picture in your mind.

For those of you out there who love yourself a good military conspiracy, who love any topic on nefarious programs being enacted by the CIA, alien theorists, supernatural lovers, this book is for you! A thrilling ride with realistic characters that is full of twists, turns and filled with intellectual and moral questions. Can't wait for the next one!
