Rate this book
Change comes as a result of the litigation, which drives new legislation and more regulations and eventually the people in the business of providing financial services turn to innovation. And not always the best kind of innovation. These are some of the authors ideas, opinions and stories presented with the hope of effecting outcomes for the people involved in the creation of wealth for the investing public. Investors have been known to seek representation to right wrongs, either perceived or real, and the litigator must allocate their resources where there is a high probability of success. Litigators can tilt at windmills or follow the rabbit down its hole to the wonderland of craziness, but success for the litigator involves identifying and understanding what will work when dealing with the ideas surrounding the loss of money, suitability, fraud, misrepresentation, breach f fiduciary duty and failure to supervise.
