52 Fridays: A Polyamorous, Queer, Kinky, Tantric Love Story

Rate this book
Passion. Sex. Love. When voluptuous young Violet comes on the scene, Raven is heart-broken that her weekly trysts with Damien will have to end. Violet, it seems, isn’t down for open relationships and polyamory . . . at least, that’s what Raven believes at first.

But it soon turns out that what Violet really wants is to be taught. And disciplined. She joins Raven’s theatrical class and learns how to express her sexuality in public. And the real lessons begin after class. Every week, Violet and Raven (and, soon, Damien) explore their hottest, most delirious fantasies. As they change and grow, they discover that love (and sex) has no limits.

52 Fridays is not only a beautiful romance between two kinky, polyamorous, sex-positive women; it is also a healing journey of discovery, opening, and magical love. The riveting storytelling has you craving the next erotic adventure, while the deeper spiritual nature of their relationships will start you on a path to rediscovering your own relationships with yourself and others. It's hard to believe that it is based on a true story, since the characters seem like your wildest fantasies in the flesh; however, knowing that these people and relationships truly exist will have you excited at the possibilities of what could happen in your life if you decide to open up to different ideas of love. Read it and imagine...

Disappointing. While the book is about two women and their romance, it is not rooted in any sort of queer community or language, and read more like two hetero women having sex with each other.

I appreciated their advanced negotiations of polyamory and kink, but the characters felt trite, unbelievable, and privileged.

I really wanted to like it! polyamory, queer, kink, tantra? Seems like all good things, and all things I would be really into. But I wouldn't recommend it.

This quite well-written book is totally amazing and one that you must read now! The length proves most satisfying and the pace is appropriate. It presents a series of 52 rather mystical, magical, and unbelievably erotic scenarios of sexual adventure between two bi women, Raven and Violet. The scenes sometime involve other players as well, but you will find that all the described activities eventually lead you to uncontrollably touch yourself, become thoroughly wet, and strongly long not to be merely an observer, but a full participant. My partner and I, in our F/F D/s relationship, have spent many pleasurable hours reenacting a number of the chapter storylines as enjoyed by Raven and Violet. XOXOXOs to the author for creating this delightful work and helping us achieve moments of heavenly bliss through earthly ecstasy:)

If you like mostly girl on girl with bdsm and a soupson of male thrown in, then this is the book for you. I didn't think it was a book for me but I fought to the end and came to the conclusion it still wasn't a book for me but saying that, it's extremely well written and I know it will appeal to loads.
