Wow what a gritty, emotional and raw ride with an outlaw MC

For adults only (18+ years old). Contains subject matter that may be offensive or a trigger to some including adult language, steamy (and sometimes detailed) intimate scenes (MF, MFM, MM) and violence (kidnapping, sexual and physical assault, fighting, death and murder).

This box set contains the first 8 stories of the Bare Bones MC and they are not what I would consider the stereotypical MC series. It is raw and gritty, with lots of graphic violence. It would seem that the author's intent was to present a view of an honorable MC without shying away from the things that make them an outlaw club.

All of the stories are emotional and feature some of the worse actions have inflicted upon one another since the dawn of time. These include, but are not limited to: molestation, rape, child neglect, physical assault.

I would not consider these as true standalone stories, although none of them end in a cliffhanger. For the most part they include an epilogue and a HEA / HFN, but they have an overall ARC that provides spoilers if read out of order.

If you enjoy a series where good triumphs over evil, and you don't mind if the sometimes good guys are honorable, have integrity, but are not shy about stepping outside the law to make a living, take care of outside threats and protect those under their protection, then this is a series I highly recommend.

I got this book as a got Book 6 IT TAKES A THIEF from Booksprout and because I didn't know the characters so I HAD to read all the other books to.
And it's taken me a lot longer to read as I had to stop at book 3 as it was so deep with some very strong violence where I just needed to come away read something else prior to coming back to the rest of each strong and exciting & eye opener areas. So each book are good and they do end with a HE for the main characters of the stories
